Their service is fantastic. I really enjoy getting my work done there. The only current problem is that I used to like getting my Air Miles as a little bonus. As of January 1st they no longer give Air Miles. This is a major disappointment and will be a deal breaker for a lot of customers. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the Air Miles issue. Also I may have to shop around for service now.

Sean is awesome to deal with. These guys know what they are talking about and done the work for more than a fair price. I would highly recommend City Tire to anyone. Also being a woman, they never tired to take advantage of me and that they were honest with me from the start.

Do. not. go. here. Unless you want to be overcharged. This group will charge you more depending on if you are male or female. Quoted my female friend double for the exact same problem with the same car. We both called to see if it would make a difference and she was quoted double - we called them out on it! D & S Automotive in Torbay quoted the lowest price so we booked there.

First and last time here.I was given a quote for wheel alignment, when I arrived to pick up I was told it was going to be a little more than we discussed". A little more was 70% more. Almost $200 for a wheel alignment

Had a nail hole in tire, they removed tire from for inspection and tire was beyond repair. They searched around for a replacement tire but could not find a replacement. I had to source one directly from Mercedes. When I picked up the tire and rim, city tire didn’t charge me anything for there work. Great service.

Both my wife and I have had tire emergencies while driving along Torbay Road, and city tire and auto was able to help us out on short notice both times.Friendly service, good advice, and always left us happy.Will definitely go again for my tire needs.
