Called to verify that they would have the vehicle requested 2 weeks prior to picking up and they verified they would have it. The vehicle was clean, the checkout and checkin process were fast and efficient. That staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. They checked in the next day to see if I had any issues or concerns with the vehicle which I did not.

The personnel in the store were great and helpful. The people who talk to on the phone on the other hand constantly lie it seems. First they said we would get an suv and it was for a 5pm on a Monday. When we get there they said the appointment eas for the next day at 5pm. I just got off the phone a couple hours before to set up the appointment. Then they of course didn't have the SUV, which seems to be the norm from talking to others. Not a big deal. Now today they left a voicemail saying the car was due back. They said it's ok to use the drop box for after hours and it wouldn't count as another day. Didn't sound right to me so I returned it during open hours and indeed the person at the store said we would have been charged another day had we used the drop box. Not impressed by this operation. Seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing.

Rented a vehicle for 3 days over the weekend for a trip to Kansas City. The GMC Terrain that I rented was very comfortable and drove beautifully. The staff (Kina on Friday and I'm sorry but I don't remember the young man's name that checked me in on Monday) were very pleasant, professional and helpful.

Despite a last minute curveball with the vehicle that we were supposed to rent for a long family road trip coming in damaged and undrivable the night before our reservation, the manager did everything she could to coordinate with other locations along our route to get us a vehicle. Everything ended up great as she found us a vehicle that was perfect for our trip. Thank you!

Not very happy about the vehicle I am driving. I am a Chrysler brand driver. (Dodge, Jeep, Ram) They are going to do their best to see if there is a vehicle that comes in that I can swap in place of this car. Otherwise everyone I have dealt with are super friendly and the customer service has been amazing! It's not their fault I'm picky about my cars! Just have to say all these new safety features are a bit ridiculous. I have been driving for 30 years I don't need my car to beep at me when I am in a drive-thru and am next to a wall!

I've rented from other agencies in town and Enterprise has never disappointed. I love the easy and convenient location right downtown and the customer service is fantastic.
