Been a couple times with some almost brand new items for pawn. Didn't find the owner to be helpful or even offer a fair payout for the items I was offering. It surprises me, and then again doesnt, how he has so much stuff as he tries to get everything basically for free yet his shop is completely overstocked so he says because he marks it all up like crazy. Went to another pawn shop in town and got almost triple for a gold chain than what he offered me. Just my opinion.

Ya this is only Shop between Hamilton and Brantford I'd use, that scumbag up the street from Bruce, the greasebsll who won't even look up from counter and EVERYTHING IS $20,, even if it's brand new either say a $5000.00 price tag hanging iff it,it's still $20, at least Bruce will shake your hand and look you in the eye, Now you know a Crook like up the street DONT EVEN LOOK YOU IN THE EYE, at least Bruce will give you a fair ptice

I have always been happy with the way Bruce runs his business. I usually take my xbox one x there and never have any problems ever . Would definitely recommend!!! over any other pawn shops in town. Never go to downtown crook pawnbrokers lol

I've been coming here for quiet a long time , and I have to say the level of kindness, respect,and understanding that Bruce the owner has is just inspiring. There have been many times i have needed their service, and always am met with respect and fairness. I highly recommend, my experiences have always been great and always have very cool things constantly coming in!

I have been going here since it's been open and I have had nothing but GREAT service!!! This is not your typical Brantford pawn shop!! The owner is fair and respectable. This is now the only place I go to if I am looking for a quick loan, something slightly used or for high end products.

Didnt get the best price for a Movado watch but he still gave me something for it when others wouldn't even look at it. So not that bad I guess than??

One of my favorite pawn shops. Very considerate and fair. The owner has a keen eye for collectables, hence the store name The Collectors Centre. Also has a good assortment and knowledge of the more usual pawn shop fare, such as jewellery and tools.

I have gone in here a few times and every time, I find myself having to force myself out of the shop for one of two reasons. 1: I get engaged in great conversation with the owner Bruce and honestly, these days with the way technology has depleted humanities ability to communicate, good and friendly conversation is hard to find. 2: He has soooo much awesome stuff in there that I could look around for hours and still not sift through all the gems!Always fair, always reliable, always going to have my business!

Owner is so RUDE dosent understand customer service. Price are way over priced. Online value charts saved me from getting ripped off!!! owner will act like hes king and knows all. Online value on amazon.ca 6.89 his price 15. I offered 10 thats when the rudeness began. DO NOT NEGOTIATE HE GETS TRIGGERED!!! store was clean and decently organized. Overall DO NOT GO!
