Recently took delivery of a 2022 Outdoors RV 27 TRX - Dealt with Jason. I don't typically do online reviews but felt the service I received was so far above what I've come to expect that this needs to be said. The entire transaction was seamless thru research, ordering then delivery. Very Professional! There were some items that needed correction - which were handled immediately while I watched (Service Personnel friendly & helpful - I can do that right now" attitude). I hope this RV lives up to this dealership - the bar is high."

Hi there! I am posting this review on behalf of my parents. They would like to say that this is the best customer service they have ever experienced. They broke down on the Thursday before a long weekend, they took my parents RV first opening they had and they went out of their way to get their RV back on the road so they could catch up with their travelling group who had moved ahead on the trip. They were knowledgeable, helpful and just the most caring team.

Fantastic people, amazing service. Searched high and low for a new holiday trailer, finally found the one at Parkview. The purchase went smoothly, the pick up walk-through was very detailed and thorough. Everything was ready on time, and when we discovered a small issue on our first trip, they were so accommodating and got us fixed up in no time. Thanks Jason and team, you're the best. Highly recommend Parkview RV Centre.

I will never deal with Parkview RV Centre. They did not warranty the work they did for me. I ended up having to take my unit to another dealership, after Parkview RV Centre worked on my unit, to have their mistake fixed. This cost me almost $2,000.00 to have it fixed. Parkview RV Centre refused to acknowledge that it was their error, even though the second place took pictures etc. Be careful.

If you are looking for RV trailer it is worth it to go to Wetaskiwin. We live in Edmonton but we bought our RV trailer in Parkview RV Center. Great experience, great price, great friendly service! Thank you Jason and a whole Parkview RV team, you made our summer adventures possible!We would give six stars if it was possible:)

We’ve been coming to Parkview for years! This is our 3rd trailer we have bought here. Our first was a Travelaire, then a Wind River and now a Rockwood Signature. We love the service that we receive as they listen to what you need/want and help you find the perfect trailer for your needs.The service department has been excellent and we only deal with them now as they will do their best to help and get things done for you in a timely matter.Special thank you to Jason and Dee!

I needed to get service done on the electrical issue in my holiday trailer. Drop-off was an easy process. Once they got to my trailer the next day, the time between the estimate and service being complete was only a couple hours. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The cost was very reasonable.

Jason and his staff run an excellent business! It took quite a while for us to decided on the trailer that was right for us, and Jason patiently guided us through the process. I was extremely impressed at the very thorough PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) that Parkview had completed and our Outdoors RV 25RDS was mint. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful, with no high pressure sales techniques. Highly recommended.

No fan-fare, not false promises - just great service and professional assistance with your decision-making. We are repeat customers, for a reason. All the staff are knowledgeable and dedicated. Their best asset is their staff (Jason, Ashley, Dee, Jamie, Phil and others) and we love dealing at Parkview. While other dealerships might offer competitive prices, Parkview goes way beyond the others, with superlative service and dedication to their profession.
