I don't recommend getting your vaccine here. The pharmacist is hurrying through the shots. He didn't ask me which arm I wanted it in. I was asking a few questions and before I knew it he was sticking me with the needle. It hurt alot and I mentioned it and he said it's because my arm wasn't relaxed. Maybe if he had given me a few more seconds to relax my arm that would have helped. Or offered me a place to put down my coat and purse instead of me having me hold it in my arms. People without compassion should not be giving needles.

What an awful service. Ordered my medication on Tuesday. Went to get them on Saturday. They said it wasn't ready. I had to wait six, yes SIX hours for them to get them ready. They never apologized. I am repulse.

Update: Went in the yesterday night and forgot to scan a pts coupon for my weekly Tuesday offer. Staff processed the refund but we both got distracted when the machine bugged out during the refund process after my phone accidentally tapped the machine instead of my credit card, and hence I forgot to scan my optimum card! Staff was very patient with me, and proceeded to process the refund yet again, and this time we managed to scan everything we needed to! When I came back afterwards due to 2 of the 3 temporary holds still being on my credit card, they helped me figure out that the refund had gone onto my debit card instead when my phone bumped into the payment terminal (the cause of the system bugging out and taking minutes to process the refund!). Staff was very nice during the whole thing, and I am pleased with how they managed to carry a positive attitude and keep up with what was undoubtedly a complex and time consuming transaction. They handled everything very well and I am confident in the level of customer service this store is willing to provide for their customers!Previous Review: Great selection, one of the larger Shopper Drug Mart locations in the city! Has both an oversized cosmetics section and an oversized electronic section compared to the usual store layout that Shoppers has!

Went here for electronics. Nicely greeted on the way in. Quite a big store.Electronics section is fairly decent sized. Had a couple of TVs on display, a sound bar, Bluetooth outdoor speakers, printers, bread maker, lots of Nintendo switch games/accessories.Glad to see Shoppers putting electronics on display rather than “keeping them in the back” - all the shoppers should be doing this.

I had a terrible experience with this pharmacy today that put the final nail in the coffin. I will be switching to a new pharmacy as soon as I can.It is not always possible for me to come to the pharmacy in-person, nor are all of my prescriptions eligible for online refill requests, so it is very important for me to be able to reach the pharmacy by phone.I can appreciate that they're probably very busy and in-person customers have first priority, but that doesn't mean that phone customers should be completely ignored. I called several times throughout the day, and they never picked up the phone once. I waited on hold for almost an hour (cumulatively), and I was starting to think that their phone system was broken. The only way I was able to get them to pick up was to ask someone from customer service to speak to them face-to-face.When I was finally able to speak to the pharmacist, she was not apologetic, empathetic, professional, or even helpful. When she picked up the phone, she just mumbled hello"

I had a bad cold and cough and my family doctor prescribed antibiotics. Shopper's drug mart received that around 3pm(I called to confirm ) but not until 8.25pm did I get an email asking me to pick it up. The delay did nothing to improve my cold. And Shopper's drug mart failed to inform me about the delay. Not very efficient in dealing with this patient!

I don’t understand… you pay employees to stand at the counter texting while people cash out with the self check outs.. You try to buy a gift card and they tell you the cash is closed, so they can’t activate it… And then, all the items you buy have the wrong price tag on them. ALL OF THEM! And the store is a mess.. Like is anyone running this store or not?

We were told to wait 20 minutes for a prescription, 30 minutes passed and we were told it would be another 30 minutes and when we asked why we got sass. Do yourself a favor and support IDA tompsons instead of this corporate nightmare that doesn't care about people

The phone situation is truly getting ridiculous. You wait on hold forever until the system just disconnects on you and its been happening for about a year. And if they ever do answer they're annoyed and short with 0 customer service. They also have messed up so many prescription refills by saving a new similar prescription over an old one (ie non-sublingual over sub-lingual) and I need access to both because they're for different uses. They just do not seem to care that they are affecting real humans who need medication. I'm so sick of businesses getting away with absolutely 0 accountability for the lives they negatively affect. If I thought it would be different at any other pharmacy, I'd switch but I've had this experience with nearly every pharmacy I've dealt with in the past 5-10 years.

Dad and I had our vaxes there earlier and all was smooth sailing. Was in today and found everything I was looking for. Nice wide enough aisles (unlike some places), clean in presentation and cashier was wonderfully personable. Post Office within is also tremendously convenient too. One stop and so much was achieved.
