Purchased a 2009 Suzuki SX4 from Jeff at Patton Motorcars and had fantastic and professional service from start to finish. The vehicle was meticulously detailed. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this business.

I purchased a bmw from Patton Motorcars and love it! Mod Garage has done all my maintenance and service since the purchase. I have also used Mod with previous cars that I have owned and will continue to support them.

I’m very concerned about seeing the owner say Lawrence and the mod garage are separate from Patton when Lawrence has told well over 20 people that the reason he was able to rent out the space was that he had worked on and completed the Patton customers' cars first… So are you saying you are illegally having him work on dealership cars? Or is Lawrence lying to a lot of people putting a bad reputation on your workplace, as many have said they will not do business with anyone that trusts him to touch their vehicles?Edit: So you have now indirectly answered the question I had. Which is that you do have an unlicensed mechanic working on customer vehicles, I just hope that you fully disclose this information. I will not be removing my review as it does directly involve your workplace if that is where the vehicles are being “repaired”. I do not need to harass anyone. I was given information and wanted it to be clarified before giving my suggestions on where to go to others. Unfortunately, most people don’t want to pay full price for an unlicensed mechanic to work on their vehicles, but if it’s disclosed I’m sure the client can make that choice for themselves.

A big Thank You to Jeff and Adel, who provided me with an excellent car-buying experience! Not only did I feel confident in their professionalism and transparency, they are also a great couple of guys. They run an efficient business and it shows in everything they do. I will definitely patronize this establishment again and I highly recommend these fine gentlemen to anyone shopping for a previously-enjoyed vehicle.

Patton Motors was a definite 5 out of 5 star experience for us. From start to finish, Adel and Jeff answer all our questions and addressed every concern with total confidence, going over and above the call. We had a minor issue with the vehicle we purchased and Patton Motors made a window where there wasn't one, for their resident mechanic to deduce and fix the issue. Another satisfied customer here, 200% happy with the BMW 3-series diesel I purchased from him as it has served me flawlessly since ownership. Admittedly I was a little skeptical dealing with Jeff after after reading a few of his negative reviews, but I can say with confidence that I will not be one to give a 1 star review based on my experience. He really did go out of his way to make this purchase happen through all of the steps from start to finish. I'm sure I frustrated him at times with all of my questions + through all of the delays with financing on my end, but he held his end of the deal as promised. In fact, I still look at his inventory on a regular basis to see what inventory he has - 1. for my friend who is actively looking for a car, and 2. as well as myself as I'll soon be ready to upgrade my wife's vehicle. He always seems to have an interesting if not eclectic mix of inventory, from cheaper daily drivers to high end european cars. The latter will be my next vehicle purchase (has to be another BMW), and I hope I can buy one off of Jeff as I'm sure what I will be purchasing will be accurately represented, and reasonably priced. Thanks again for everything Jeff!

AND, further to the review below from our first purchase, we have indeed bought a SECOND Honda CRV from Jeff based on the wonderful purchasing experience the first time ! So, we now have a his" and "hers" in blue and black from the best dealer in all of BC!April 2022 ...Jeff Patton is one of a kind. He was the first (and only!) dealer that we visited and the transaction was quickly and efficiently concluded on the back of excellent advice. I can truly not give him a greater commendation. This is absolutely the best place in Kelowna to buy a used car from. Both Jeff and Adel were professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond for me as an amateur in the auto world, to explain to me all the details of the car I was buying and any issues that could possibly arise. I had shopped around for a used vehicle for weeks and these two made me feel at ease knowing they wouldn’t let me walk away with a car that wasn’t up to their standard. The car came detailed, with all of the fluids topped up, a check done by their mechanic and a free 3 month warranty. Jeff and Adel went as far as supplying me with a great deal on brand new tires through a friend of theirs as well, and are still in contact with me to ensure all is well with the vehicle. I could not recommend anyone else more than these two. I will send anyone I know looking for a well-priced reliable vehicle their way, and hope to do more business with them in the future!

I have done business twice now with Patton motors, and the MOD garage. They are fantastic to work with. Straight up and honest. My brother also got a lot of work done, and he was more than pleased with everything. We will certainly use them again…. I give them 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
