I would like to express my thankfulness to Maryam from the copy centre. She helped me a lot with making birthday invitation printing. Thank you for your patience, customer support and orientation, I appreciate it!

I needed help printing a set of playing cards that I had designed. Lanie helped at the store today and she was a great help!She walked me through the process, helped me transfer the files over and was great at problem solving every hiccup that was encountered.I had doubts going to staples for printing needs due to a negative experience a few years ago, but my experience today changed my mind completely. I’ll be going there for all my future printing needs!

I am honestly surprised Staples is still in business in the age of Amazon. As an office supply store, they seem outdated and unnecessary. Why would I drive to a Staples when I can get everything delivered right to my door from Amazon.That being said, I still think they fill an important niche for office supply and quick print shoppers. If you need a product urgently for work or school, Staples is a convenient option with locations everywhere hence my reason to be there. While their prices may be slightly higher, sometimes I can test things out, and I do not need to worry about Porch Pirates or shipping delays.The Staples shopping experience has also improved in recent years, well, at least at this location. They've revamped this store layout, and it is so clean. I mean shocking clean.While Staples may never match the vastness of Amazon, they've demonstrated they can adapt to compete. For your basic office needs, school supplies or printing services,Staples isn't going anywhere anytime soon, and I'm glad to see them thriving despite the challenges.

I had problems (this is an understatement) with an order for Memorial Cards.. I had spent a lot of time on a design then I had problems and could not finish it and it took a very long time. Andrew in Printing went way out of his way to help me, all the while helping other customers as well. His patience and skill literally saved the day for me! I have nothing but good things to say about the experience. Thank you, Andrew!

Visited the Printing Solutions yesterday and everyone in this department was kind, considerate, professional and most importantly helpful. Thea was exceptional - her wonderful personality, smile, helpfulness, and patience was fabulous. Thea, Van and Andrew are remarkable. Thank you all for all your assistance.

I got asked about 4 times from different people if I needed help - Felt like I couldn’t browse around the store - they didn’t have the chalk pen I needed - I could order one but it would take 2weeks to get it - appreciated the girl searching for me . - There was a big presence of employees hanging around the store

Don’t go to staples for any laptop or iPads . I am not sure if it is only this staples or all the locations does that . Staples like to play this game with you .They will display all the laptops with the deals on them . But whichever you pick they said they dont have it In The stock . Then you will ask them if you can buy the one on the display they say no because they will be getting more of them so they cannot sell you the one you like . So you ask them if you can order online and pay it in the store . Then they say we don’t even have it in the warehouse . AND THEN They will offer you a higher price one which doesn’t has nothing that you like ,not even any better .I do not understand the point of displaying something which you cannot order or cannot sell in store . They don’t even have the product anywhere not in the store or warehouse . He said he will ask the manager that means she could have said yes to sell me the display one but no she said to offer the more expensive one .Anyways I wish I could give 0star to this one since it already happened to me last year . This year I might go somewhere else.

Despite one person in our party starting the conversation with a somewhat Karen-y attitude, we were treated well. I didn't catch the worker's name, but he was intent on being as helpful as possible (and was reasonably polite, considering what he had to do for us). Thank you for carrying the product to the register.

Went to return an order which I ordered online and was shipped the wrong item. The cashier asked me to wait so they could serve some other customers checking out ahead of me, while I could see that there were two people over in online order pickup which appeared to be doing nothing helpful. When it was my turn the manager came over to help the cashier process the return. Neither offered an apology of any sort, despite the fact that I had to lug this heavy item back to the store because online returns didn't pick up the item when they said they would (the paper box waited outside my door for 4 days). Also their printer didn't work so I couldn't get a printed confirmation for my return. Well at least I finally got my money back. A big fail, Staples!

I get my Amazon packages here through an automated locker- really cool. I’ve purchased school supplies here. Good selection and fair prices.
