Windsor Regional Hospital: Emergency Department

The worst emergency room service EVER!!! Everyone is rude except for the third desk woman at the registration section, everyone else is absolutely rude, bad and horrible with patients, no one is at front desk to provide accurate info, no one at the triage office to even sign out, no answers to questions just rude rude rude rudeeeeeeeee staff over there they don't know what an EMERGENCY means. #Horrible

They don't know what an EMERGENCY means

The worst emergency I have every seen in my life. The staff is really bad and unprofessional. I will say them non human beings.Our baby having pain since afternoon. Even then they dont even care about.There is only one doctor in Emergency and giving us a 5 hour waiting time.Government of Canada should Take action on this hospital and staff

Very sorry to write, worst service ever we received as a patient, online said max 4 hours became 9 hours still waiting for the doctor, I suffered all pain and I am now feeling better by the grace of God.I will give 0 rating.

Not sure if I can rate for OB Triage here. But the 0 stars is for the rude receptionist at the OB Triage.My wife is pregnant and she had severe cold for few days. We have been trying everything natural and checked with family physician and Obstetrician and none of them would recommend anything except for drinking water and visiting the emergency. Now she has severe pain in the abdominal area and ribs while coughing. When we did visit here, we wanted to check the baby and ask for some medications.The lady at the OB reception is like, you don't visit here for *ucking cold and she started blabbering. She walked to someone to ask even if she can register us.Except for her, everyone else treated us well. They checked on us and gave us suggestions for cough medicine, which is what we wanted. I mean fire this lady and I'll change the review.Thanks.

Worst health care system ever, because you don’t pay will make you think a thousand times before you decide to go there. And when you there will see if you make it after 10 hours or more of waiting then that when you have the right to be checked, this system it meant to be like that

Wait times are disgusting but the staff was wonderful.

Have been waiting for 14 hours to see a doctoe. Came in with a stomachache, now all my body hurts for sitting all night. It's ridiculous! If it's busy they have to ask you to leave and call you when it's your turn, not let you hanging for 14 hours.

I'd give a zero stars If I was allowed first off terrible hospital can't even go in unless your fully vaccinated what a joke my wife had to sit for over 5 hrs with our son no food or drink and I wasn't even able to give her a break at all do to me being unvaccinated this isn't even an Ontario law just this hospital policy absolutely shameful and the lady at the desk has terrible ppl skills and not a shred of compassion avoid if possible the reviews speak for themselves
