Staff was very helpful ,knowledgeable even went out of their way to help me have the best hearing experience. When I was unable to pick up my hearing aid, they delivered them personally. Now that's customer service

I had an excellent appointment gaining knowledge enough to make a informed decision with my family to decide when it's time to get hearing aids and was not pressured. The fact that I get a yearly reminder for an appointment works to revisit and assess my needs. Thank you

I'm very satisfied with Katie. She is trying every option to help me. I know my hearing has gone down since the last time. We hope with this new coating on the aid it will help it stay in place. I like the new aids with the wiring very much.
