I had an amazing experience with Joanna and Mary at Complete Balance. I had nagging lower back pain that I put off addressing for weeks because I thought it would just go away. After realizing how miserable I was, I saw Joanna and after five sessions, my pain is gone. She not only treated the pain, but she educated me on exercises I can continue doing to avoid this happening again, and taught me so much about my body and its connectedness. I'm forever grateful for her help.I also met Mary and did some 1:1 Goodball sessions with her, and have now started attending Goodball classes regularly. I'm a believer - it makes so much sense to need to create space in the soft tissue of our body. I began my treatment at Complete Balance about six months before my wedding in hopes of losing a few pounds. I have struggled with weight problem all my life and I had probably tried every type of diet that's out there and failed. And even damaged my health in the process. After my first session, I was in tears. I felt as though a huge burden had been lifted off my shoulder. They helped me realize that instead of nourishing my body with healthy diet, I had been seeing food as my enemy. I just knew I was in the right hands and decided to follow the treatment plan and instructions to the best of my ability. The acupuncture treatment corrected my damaged health, boosted both my immune system and metabolism, the workout was set so that I could always reach my goal and the meal plan by the nutritionist kept me energized and happy. They went through each treatment step by step and always kindly answered all my questions. They have completely changed my life style for the better. I've also lost tons of weight and was able to fit into the wedding dress of my choice. I am forever grateful for what the team at Complete Balance has done for me. Thank you so much!

It took me a while to write this review. I didn’t know the words to thank the people at this clinic for everything they do. I still don’t. I do know that my experience here deserves a great review, so I will try. Specifically, I have worked closely with Esther and Melody. Esther had come highly recommended from someone I trusted, and since starting acupuncture with her, I’ve never looked back. She looks at a person as a whole and treats them as a whole. I may have come in focusing on one issue, but she has helped me find personal health in all aspects. Esther and Melody truly listen to any questions or concerns I have and I never feel rushed when speaking with them. They not only address my health concerns, they teach me how to continue being healthier person for myself and for my family. I commit to seeing them regularly because I have truly seen the health benefits first hand. Mary and the staff at reception are excellent with their professional and warm approach. This clinic as a whole has a well rounded approach to health concerns of all nature and I highly would highly recommend them to anyone... and I have! Complete balance is one of THE best health care providers that I know of. They have the next level of expertise in acupuncture/TCM that goes beyond any other health care institutions.To be specific, I came to this clinic approx 6-8 months back and had fluctuating blood pressure and sleep problem. After seeing a number of doctors, multiple tests I found that no one knew what is the root cause and then I decided to try this clinic. Within a few weeks I started feeling better and was given a very logical explanation of the root cause. Esther is an amazing acupuncturist and she just “gets” the problem. Her treatment is nothing short of magic however is truly grounded in strong health care concepts. Royce and Anthony in Esther’s team bring wealth of knowledge in both acupuncture and massage therapy respectively with Royce always willing to do a deep dive in figuring out the root cause and explaining it in a concise manner. I would “HIGHLY” recommend every team member here to anyone. Thank you Esther and team!!

We have been amazed with at their knowledge in how they body works are impressed they take time to listen to everything going on, are glad they want to determine the root of your issues, and are so happy they work towards the best treatment personalized for us.I think my husband has done almost everything they offer because each therapy type has a place in his rehabilitation.Overall, this staff team go above and beyond to heal my husband and we feel that they truly care for our wellbeing. Absolutely in awe of the treatment Ester & her team have provided me over the past few months. They have managed to heal me physically, mentally & spiritually. I came in hopeless with various issues, including menstrual & mental health issues. After extreme burnout which resulted in other health issues, I went to seek treatment from Esther whom a friend of mine had referred. I am forever grateful to say the least.Esther truly paved the way for recovery and rehabilitation for me when I was at my weakest, lowest point. Through her acupuncture and holistic practice along with her genuine warmth and guidance, she was able to heal me emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. I took my son in to see Esther for some very complex health issues. She didn't hesitate to take his case on. She was so kind and compassionate. In fact her whole team was incredible! They even managed to squeeze him in for some emergency appointments. Esther even managed a video appointment with him while away on vacation. She was always reachable via email and always responded. My son was treated for a concussion type injury, mononucleosis and covid. Esther also gave us tools to use at home along with his treatments. She is an outstanding practitioner. I first came to see Esther over a decade ago. I had never tried acupuncture before but after suffering with terrible migraines and nothing else had worked I thought I'd give it a try. Meeting her was, without a doubt, one of the best days of my life. Yes, she was able to stop the migraine headaches when nothing, and no one else could, but over the years she has also treated me for so many other medical conditions that my family doctor couldn't help me with! She has a degree in Medical Science from Western University and training in Chinese medicine and acupuncture. The best of both worlds! Traditional Eastern approaches and Western Science..sign me up!! (My family doctor is a fantastic physician btw, but she also agrees that Esther is amazing! ) Esther has also treated my teenage son. He has seen her for his allergies, and his hockey injuries. I have recommended friends to her who had fertility issues and they have gone on to have healthy babies. I recently was suffering from terrible foot and hip pain and my husband said. Go see Esther!" This is a wonderful clinic for scalp and body acupuncture. We have been going and seeing various specialist Esther, Shawn, Roy and they all are amazing. We also tried goodball with Mery and that was fantastic as well. They really care to listen to your concerns and provide you with good treatment options. If we only lived closer, we would come more frequently. Thank you for what you do!
