I was served by sales associate Curisa at Dollar tree 420 Vansickle Rd St Catherine's today Dec 8@12:44.I did not notice it til I got home. But she charged me for 4 puzzles. Meanwhile I actually bought 3 puzzles and a coffee mug that read Nice til proven naughty". She wrapped my mug in newspaper as well which I really appreciatedAs a person who has worked in retail I know how important it is to keep inventory straight. If you don't scan what your actually selling then your inventory will be off."

We're always able to find what we are looking for here. There is a large selection of products here and pricing is phenomenal. I've been very happy with my purchases here. Checkout is usually pretty quick.

Good prices however 1 cashier for large lines stretching down ailses is insufficient. I shop here often and always am stuck in large lines with only 1 cashier. It's caused me to leave my items because even a 20 mins shopping window is insufficient to catch transit on time because of waiting 15 mins in slow cash out line. In my store 4 people + in line needs another cashier. Call for help or staff more. Customers shouldn't be waiting 75% longer than it takes for them to pick their items just to buy from here.

I had a super weird experience here on Friday November 26. I bought a ton of items to participate in a charity initiative: stockings for seniors. Along with all this I bought 3 cookie tins with clear lids…the last ones they had. I clearly recall putting them on the conveyor at cash. I wanted them to give cookies to senior neighbours…so I was focused on them. She took them to put in my bag. But when I got home I only had one of them. Did she drop them? Or did she keep them for herself? It’s a mystery! Just sharing in case this happens to someone else. (There is no way they could have fallen out of my bag. And I checked my car.)

Has most essentials at great prices. Was in there today though... two workers at the back of the store in the food isle gossiping about customers being annoying. Cool, I understand the frustration but what got to me was the little kid in the same isle eavesdropping while the two girls were also swearing in their gossip talk. Time and place.

The cashier worked dated March 24, 2021 in the afternoon around 2pm was so rude and yelling to us, she shout go back to your line, why your here. She not a Candian seems like a Spanish or Asian women. She yelled to the top.pf her lungs and embarrassed us and the tone was so rude. She even stared us angrily. Worst customer service and the point its our first time to visit these store. Will not recommend the store even the prices is affordable. She's racist and has an attitude problem.

Absolute worst customer service, called to ask a question about them selling numbered balloons and her response was “not for $1.25” with the most attitude possible. I honestly am still shocked she talks to someone like that, employee being nice there? That’s a joke.
