We just got service and the speeds seemed low on average. It turned out that my laptop was just not consistently up to the job when running speedtests (low memory, older CPU). Tested on another newer computer and got near 100% download speed! Uploads are always near 100% also.Apart from that, the signup process was okay. A few hiccups, but everything got sorted out. They do have an obvious sales funnel via their order portal which you can't reset/cancel. Staff answered my questions (after a few tries). Service was working immediately after the Bell tech finished and the connection is stable. Bell tech even changed us over from the Stinger remote to put us on a 7330 DSLAM. My rating is closer to 4.5 so far.

Seems like an ok place. A bit gimmicky. Bagels aren’t that great and the price is meh. Not to mention their staff can’t count to 6. I knew I should have checked the bag before leaving. $8 for 5 bagels….
