No size 14’s and poor customer experience as nobody asked me if I needed help. I walked by 2 girls at the cash with no customers and they were busy gossiping.

Hands-on helped usHe greeted us at the door and was truly helpful. He cared about getting my 4 year old a proper fit and was really good at listening to what was bothering him. He also knew the products very well. Way better experience than the dsw across the the road

Sales rep was lovely opened the box to confirm correct size and forgot to remove security tag! Went to put them on the next day and couldn't remove it. Called and they told me I have to go back to the store so they can remove it.Lesson learned shop online "from the convenience of my home!"

Lots to choose from . Staff was fun and helpful. Store was clean and organized. U bought 3 pairs for three of my family members. We are all satisfied customers. The weekend manager was very professional seemed like a great boss

The selection of shoes was good, not fantastic. For the most part it was 10 different Men's shoes with variations. Actually got myself a beautiful pair of Van's on Clerance at 40% which was fantastic. A little disappointed that not a single staff member approached me the entire 30 minutes I was in the store. When cashing out the cashier was fantastic. To be honest I usually prefer to just browse but most people have questions.
