Basement walls were bowing in to various degrees and needed to be shored up. The proposal from BCLMI was far better and less 2/3 the cost of the other two companies that gave us quotes. The box section beams used are much less obtrusive than the I-Beams other companies proposed. They were also able to complete the job much earlier than the other companies, important because our other ongoing basement construction project depended on the wall shoring. I would recommend to anyone.

After purchasing a home with a finished basement with obvious signs of previous water intrusion, I received a recommendation from a trusted sewer and plumbing professional for BC&LM and was not disappointed. Every person I spoke with was professional, courteous, and responsive: the owner, office manager, foremen, and onsite workers--they were all great. On the day scheduled for my job, they brought 6 people and in 13 hours completely waterproofed the basement. It was an impressive feat involving jackhammers, rocks, concrete, and special waterproofing materials. I feel confident putting my walls back up and knowing that in the future, the finished basement will be dry and cozy. Highly recommend!

Crack repair and patched an outside wall. Quick to respond. Did the job as expected. Other companies I checked were a little over the top in what they planned to do but was not necessary for a small vertical crack. Worked out great. Thank you. I would recommend

These guys are amazing! Excellent work by really kind people. I had stabilizing beams put up in my basement because my foundation was cracked and bowing on 3 walls. I am so pleased with the work they did, and I am so grateful for how fair their pricing is. This is a family business. The owner did my assessment and estimate - really great guy. I wanted to give a special shoutout to an employee named Jay. I learned about ways to protect my home's foundation through proper landscaping, maintenance, and backup systems. It was a pleasure to work with BCLM and I would highly recommend them.
