Okami Kai Martial Arts and Fitness
The entire team welcomed our daughter like she had never left. Very approachable and personable with the younger students. Great communication with families. The app with videos and everything we need to know is great. Our daughter practices at home and is very determined to honour their ethical standards. Lots of incentives for students to achieve their best in every area.

Okami Kai Martial Arts and Fitness
Our kids have been coming here since they were little. Scott and Jennifer are great and really care about the students. When my son first joined the Youth program, he was the youngest in the class and was extremely nervous and reluctant to participate. Scott's patience and encouragement helped him gain confidence in his abilities so that we could progress and excel. Our kids love karate and look forward to going every week!

Absolutely fantastic place! I recommend them to everyone interested in karate (and that’s not all they offer). Both my girls attend Okami Kai for karate and have gained immeasurable amounts of personal growth and confidence, dedication to the art and so much more! They have made friendships that extend outside of the dojo. Scott and Jennifer have built a place that far exceeded my expectations! My children are excited to share their accomplishments with their peers and teachers and even better the families who attend are equally excited for them! Okami Kai is more than martial arts, they become family!

We absolutely love Okami Kai! The instructors are fabulous and very friendly. Lots of class times to choose from so you can be flexible with your schedule. I would highly recommend Okami Kai for your children, and there are many adult students as well.

Okami Kai Martial Arts and Fitness
My son has been a student at Okami Kai for almost 2 years and I got inspired and have been a student for 6 months so far. These classes are a great way to stay fit and have fun. Shihan Scott and the team that support him are very pleasant, knowledgeable and fun to be around. There is a strong sense of community and everyone is very welcoming. I strongly suggest this school to start your martial arts journey.

We started our little at just 3 years old and haven’t looked back. I now take part in the fitness programs and I couldn’t be happier! Okami Kai Martial Arts and Fitness
I feel as though they teach my daughter life skills .. time management (be there on time) .. accountability ( you're responsible to learn the katas and earn you discipline stripe) you earn your belts... both at the dojo and at home (parents have to sign off discipline stripes) . Self confidence (be loud be aggressive) it's not just the karate (which is great by the way) the makes me want my daughter to continue but the life skills as well!

I was looking for some fitness classes close to home and found Okami Kai Martial Arts and Fitness, where the classes are challenging and fun. The instructors are very knowledgeable, supportive, and kind. My son Aidan has been attending Okami Kai for the last 1 year. We have seen tremendous growth in his abilities and greatly appreciate the supportive environment.
