TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The worst branch EVER!My wife and I went today to this branch to get an bankdraft for our new property, the tellers name was Sonia who we felt was unexperienced and unpolite. Being a TD customer for over 15+ years we have never experienced any situation like this in the past at any other branch. She had to ask her teller manager multiple times on how to handle such a simple process; when we requested to speak with the branch manager/a superior team member she was very irrated and didn't want to help us with our banking needs, she rather just sit at her desk and be on her phone. We simply just asked to removed the bankdraft fee as we never paid in the past but this teller Sonia and the bank manager" supposedly who was indian with glasses advised they cannot remove the fee as everyone has to pay it!We are glad to be closing all our TD accounts because of these reasons

This is One of the worst Td Location to Visit. Their Staff is very unprofessional. They serve one customer then run to employees only room for 10-15 minutes. They dont care about customers . Once you enter the branch your atleast 1 hour wasted

I had an appointment for 3 ocloack to set up a checking card. I don't remember the name of the lady who was helping me but she was very kind and helped me understand many things. I came 45 minutes late to my appointment and she still serviced me kindly. This was for february 28th. She asked me to make a review so that's just what im doing. Not only did she explain things to me thoroughly but she also helped me set up a credit card get a direct deposit and open a savings account. Thankyou very much to her ! Oh her name was Muna Kiwrkis. And the man at the front desk was also quite nice for the few words i exchanged with him.

No one should come to this branch, teller staff is not trained , for every customer they say we can’t do this at the branch. They just don’t want to do their job. And they are super slow, they keep on chatting with each other while customers are waiting in line.

I am not upset I am disspointed - beyond disappointed actually. After banking with this branch for nearly three decades; I expected a little more respect and time. I am very honest and spoke kindly and truthfully. I have many assets and do much banking, and asked for just 10-15 mins of time to have a discussion and was rejected. I feel this branch, which I have relied on and touted positively, does not respect me, or my family's business. Absolute disappointment: I am soured on doing further business with this branch outside of simple tasks.

Branch manager or whoever onsite manager on June 23 Friday between 2 to 4pm needs to learn what is the humanity. Went to withdraw money with my 5 years old and he has to go to washroom. Front desk guy was really good and told me, let me ask my manager however manager declined with no feelings on the face that little one needs to go washroom not adult. I feel lucky I am not living nearby to this branch but manager's responsibility is not looking for profit and loss of branch but to see what are the other ways he can keep satisfy TD customers.Hope one day he will learn his lesson.

My friend recommended me TD Canada Trust as a Bank of Choice. I listened to him and have never regretted it. Their app works perfectly, most of the operations can be done through it, and even if I have to visit a branch in person I always get assistance.

The worst branch there EVER was. Do not waste your time here. The ones working here have ZERO knowledge about what TD can offer and ZERO knowledge on how to give advice. If I may save you time, I just off the phone with Hamza, whom I had to wait 20mins for a call back that was scheduled days before. He had ZERO knowledge about what TD bank can offers in terms of loans and whether or not you can apply online. If you have people like this helping you manage your money, might as well sign your life away as well. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The head office should look into this. To also note my confidential conversation with Hamza wasn't so, he was also talking to someone else in a different language at the same time he was talking me and I could hear voices all around on his end. So I take the conversation wasn't so confidential. Book your next appointment at a different branch or don't book with Hamza (because chances are he won't know any information either).

I have been banking with TD for many years. Up until I visited this branch, I could confidently say that TD’s customer was consistent in great service across all branches. This one sticks out like a sore thumb. The service is terrible and will never go there again. I recently moved to this area and would rather drive the distance to go to a different branch. Very disappointing.

Very bad customer service… I had an appointment @2pm but no one accessed me until 2:30 …No point opening a bank account in this branch… worst service…. Very bad experience… Management needs to work on this branch and come up with a solution.
