I’ve only been going here for 6 months and it’s Always a pleasure. The staff are great and friendly! Appointments are on time. I have never sat in waiting room more than 2 minutes. They are very efficient. Dr Grout as exceeded my expectations!! Dr Grout is very easy to talk to and listens to your needs. He also is very informative. He sat with me and discussed what plans are best to suit my end goal for my smile!! He is also, Very meticulous!! Dr Grout also does a follow up phone call the next day to check up on you as well!! Which in my opinion is reassuring!! His assistants are amazing! I especially love Christina! I have had her assisting for the most part of my journey, to a new smile! I am also so thankful, for Kim the hygienist for taking care of my needs! Also being so meticulous and referring me to Dr Grout! I cannot thank you all enough!! I love my new smile! I could not be happier!I would definitely refer my family and friends here!! I Love your welcoming friendly atmosphere!! 5 STARS for me!

I once compared my old dentist to Josep Mengele... immediately after spending a couple sessions under Dr. P. Grout's care at this amazing, up to date, and pristinely maintained establishment.I said to myself, after scheduling another appointment for another molar pull and more fillings, as I walked out the door - Huh

Reviewing on behalf of my mom who is out $4800 over and above what 2 dental plans paid out. The dentures do not fit at all and she now needs new ones. NOT a happy customer.

We have been going to Hollick Kenyon Dental for four years now and the great service never falters. They have been consistent so far from Dr. Grout, the Hygienists and the awesome ladies at the front. It is so easy to contact them and you will always be greeted with friendly and awesome customer service. I love the fact that they would send me reasonable reminders if I hadn't scheduled any visit for myself, my husband and our daughter. I just wish they are a one-stop shop with in-house orthodontist as well. They have a very clean facility with a welcoming ambience. I would always come back to this clinic for any dental services. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!

This place was my 1st dental treatment in Edmonton after getting dental insurance. Of course as a newcomer and 1st time use the benefit so I have a bunch of questions on my 1st visit for dental exam and x-rays. I gave it 3 stars because it was the 2nd visit to do the fillings. The dentist gave me 2 anesthesia but only finished on the upper right, while on the left he said I have to make another appointment, it might be he ran out of time because he did almost 1 hour 30mnts. I went to reception to get my x-ray and wanted to fillings to my previous dentist (my 1st dental place before I got insurance). In a nut shell, thanks to the owner who helped me with filling the rest, he also called me in another day to follow up. But, I am still shocked with the services. Because I only have 1 family dentist in my home country, she treated me like her family. While in Edmonton, I was shopping to get the right hand for my long term dentist.

I never want to have to find another place for my dental needs.This place is amazing for the almost ten years I’ve been going here. Great staff all around!

Janel is awesome as a hygienist! I always look forward to my appointments and catching up. Her dental advice over the many years that I have been coming to HK dental now have helped me take a proactive approach to my dental hygiene. Looking forward already to the next appointment. No cavities for so many years now.... I credit this to Janel's advice.
