Extremely knowledgeable staff,. Honest assessments of tools, options and how long it will take (if it's a special order for instance, how long to get the part i to your hands). Fair pricing not to mention they are a part if the community and not a nameless big box conglomerate.

I go here ask the time for basically everything heavy duty. They have fittings, hoses, lifting hardware, tools, outdoor clothing, gloves, oils, everything. If you need it chances are they have it and if they don't have exactly what you're looking for they can find it and order it for you.

I received excellent service at the store. I went to the store for a generic small gasket for a plumbing pipe. Before visiting Nitro I went to 4 different stores and couldn’t find it. People at this store helped search through their stocks and finally found the small part I needed. They were patient, professional, and very reasonable at price. Most importantly, people provided honest and professional opinions to someone like me who knows nothing about plumbing. I found the part I need and received knowledge as well.Strongly recommend this store.
