Rouleau

They are always sending emails about our apartment without checking the facts first which can be irritating and stress inducing! They’ve done it too many times and it makes me want to end the lease early! Would not recommend living here.

Here is an update after living here for about four month. Management team and maintenance team is doing an amazing job and helpful all the time.Nice community area for gatherings, decent sized gym for working out, easy to access mailing service in the lobby, geat neighborhood, friendly neighbours.Now for the unit itself, in my case that I am living on the first floor. I can hear the lound noise of staff taking the trash out 7-8 am every other day except weekends, so I wouldn't recommend you to live on the first floor if you are normally sleep around that time.Second is that the windows are not insulated properly and leaks cold air inside in the cold months and as I was told it is due to the size of the windows and it is not only my unit, some times it is so cold that even the thermostat doesn't turn off for whole day when set to 70F (21.1C).

I am so happy with our experience here at Rouleau. Aida and Katarina are so wonderful. As newcomers we were lost and didn’t have much information. They helped us from day one and the building and apartment are wonderful. We are really happy with the choice we made and would recommend this place to everybody. The building is quiet, clean, well managed and maintained. Love the neighbourhood. 5 stars all the way

There are so many better places to spend your money. If you want to live comfortably in Calgary. The cost of rent is highly expensive for a mediocre apartment. The design here hurts my eyes and would definitely hurt yours. Downtown is a lot cheaper with nicer views, nothing special about Rouleau apartments.

We lived in this building for 7 years and we really enjoyed our stay, Mission is a really nice neighborhood, I love it. The assistance and support from the managing company was great, specially during the last few years. I am really going to miss living here and if I comeback to Calgary, I will definitely check availability in this building first :)

We loved living at Rouleau, we have been very happy with everything. A very special note to Katarina, she is a very nice person and made our experience at Rouleau perfect. There is a sense of community in this building that you may not be able to find else where and it all starts with the building management (Katarina).

The Mansion community is quiet and good. Walking distance to CTrain station and 17 bus stop. Also, the management team responded promptly.I have a great experience moving into this building, especially thanks to Kamaldeep Gill and Ekaterina for helping me.

Really wonderful place to live! Amazing location, common areas are always spotless, and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I have been here for a year and I have to say that I am impressed by how well the property is managed and maintained. Kamal and Katerina are a gem. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and work is done in a timely manner. I just renewed my lease because this property has got everything one would need., Modern gym and a community room.

My partner and I lived here for two years and loved it! Perfect location. Friendly staff. Always clean and comfortable.I want to make a special shout-out to the maintenance team. They were always so fast, so professional, and non-judgemental when I asked for help with something I probably should have been able to fix myself.
