I don’t usually write reviews unless I have an exceptional experience, either positive or negative. There is always trepidation when buying a used car, whether from a private seller or a used car dealer. During this process of finding and purchasing a car for my wife our experience was totally positive in all our dealings with Highland Motors. From the first contact by phone to the final purchase of the car it was a pleasure to deal with Shah, Brandon and Elena. They were courteous, respectful, professional and efficient throughout. We had been to few dealerships looking for cars and the comment from both my wife and I when we left Highland after the first viewing was they just seemed like the most trustworthy people we had dealt with. Not necessarily a reflection on the other places we visited but you just felt that Shah was sincere. We had narrowed our list down to 3 vehicles at various dealerships and went back to Highland first because of that feeling of trust. As it turns out it was well placed. Shah found us a great deal on some new tires that was passed on directly to us. A week after we had purchased the BMW a trouble light appeared in the car. No questions asked they told me to immediately bring the car back and they took care of it! You have to love a used car dealership that stands behind their product. I would highly recommend dealing with the crew at Highland!

First off, I want to thank Alex, Katherine, and Brandon for an awesome experience! I found a vehicle I wanted online, called them, and it was very easy and pleasant to deal with them all the way through. I was in the LML for just a few hours, and had a ferry to catch back to VI. They were quick, efficient, and I made my ferry no problem, with my new vehicle.I highly recommend them based on my experience! Solid five stars!

Shah was definitely great when dealing with me about my car. Was always available for any concerns. Jordana in the financial department was also very helpful, personable and fun to deal with. My only issue was my car wasn't cleaned the best for pickup so I had to bring it back. There was no gas either. However Shah wasn't there on the date I picked it up as I know he wouldn't have let that happen. My tired had to be replaced and Shah had ordered them on the spot for me. All in all very happy with my purchase and a good experience.

Seen an add online. They were very helpful with everything. Good atmosphere. Helped me insure my new truck right away and even followed me home because I was driving a rental. They have decent prices compared to lots of lots I've been too. I would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here. Good people.

Usually I don't write reviews, however now I must write. 7 months ago I purchased 08' Dodge Charger with 225k km on it. Mechanically car was 8/10. Exterior quality 9/10. Interior 6/10. 10k km passed and almost no technical issues, just minor repair of the parking brake.Dealership staff was very friendly, gentle and helpful since my bank messed up with the statements and I was very nervous. I hope this car will serve me a long time and I can definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Bought the car from highland motor a couple months ago. I realized the car has serious heater problem when i drove home. Contacted them, they kept my car for a few days and trying to solve the problem. In the end, their mechanic couldn't solve the problem and sent my car to a mechanic shop in coquitlam and asking me to pay for the repair and pick up the car myself. right now i'm trying to selling this car back to them and they are only offers 50% of what i paid for a couple months earlier. Our saleman was ok, but the owner was pretty rude !!!!

After a really great buying experience all around purchasing an 08 Porsche Cayenne (my dream truck) from Shah (my sales rep) and Branden (the owner) over at TB Motors, I feel compelled to share my positive thoughts and feedback because I really do feel that they deserve top marks here from my transaction.We all know about the negative stereotype that the car industry is challenged with. Particularly with pre-owned car sales. But I think all too often we as consumers wrongfully paint everyone in this industry with the same brush. Based on my experience with Shah and Branden at TB Motors, it would be unfair to paint TB Motors with that same brush because they really did do a great job with me from start to finish.Here are a few general observations that I was impressed with…- The whole facility was clean and presentable inside and out- The office was clean, looked somewhat recently renovated and there was a nice sitting area with a couch and TV for customers comfort.- The lot was spotless and so were their cars and trucks. Everything was clean and in excellent show-able condition- Clearly they are very selective of the inventory they bring in because all the inventory I saw was in great condition and most every car or truck they had on their lot had low kms and showed really well- They price their inventory very aggressively compared to other cars similar on the market so REALLY GREAT PRICES!- They delivered on what they promised.- All staff were friendly, polite, professional and helpful- Shah my sales rep was professional, not at all pushy, nor did heattempt to use any sort of low level manipulation on me. He also provided me follow up in a respectful and timely manner with pertinent info.- Branden the owner clearly cares about his customer’s satisfaction and showed me that he cares more about his “long game” than he does about simply selling me that one car. (ie. He obviously knows that happy customers lead to referrals and repeat business). This was particularly impressive to me.They say the real mark of a good person or organization is not making sure everything goes perfectly every single time (which is simply not possible in reality) but rather how one handles things when they don’t go just right. Now things did not go wrong here, but when I came back to see the truck a second time, there was a check engine light that came on. (In this kind of luxury vehicle, that is not usually something that can be predicted). My sales rep Shah handled this professionally and correctly by bringing it to my attention before I had the chance to discover it myself, and assured me that whatever was causing the check engine light to come on would be fixed correctly before I took delivery. And they did deliver on their promise. In fact, Branden (owner) had the issue fixed and also authorised some additional things to be done that they saw while they were in there that might be a problem down the road for me. This cost him almost $1,800 out of his bottom line on this deal all said and done, but he did it anyhow without hesitation or me having to ask. Then while Branden was driving the truck back from the shop he noticed that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced so he made sure that was also done before I picked up the truck.At the end of the day, I feel TB Motors deserve a 10/10 as a result of the great job they did with me, and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle or recommend Branden and his team to my friends and family. So if you are in the market for a good Pre-Owned car, truck or SUV, you really should check TB Motors out. I’m glad I found them.Thanks Branden & Shah, Very well done guys!Grant.

After an initial great experience finding a sought after Yukon Hybrid, we ran into some mechanical troubles with the vehicle. Even though the troubles weren’t covered under the warranty (hybrid battery), they went out of their way to help even from another city (we're on Vancouver Island). I would recommend and buy again!

Found a car I've been looking for on their lot online, worked out what I thought was a deal, but they didn't call back to finalize it. I don't chase dealers to give them my money because if they can't be bothered to call back, it doesn't say much for service after the sale. Shame, I really wanted that car.

Ask for Morgan as he was great to deal with. He stayed late to serve us and that helped with pick up a lot. Vehicle is great, a good value and I'm pleased with it so far.Minus 1 star for my less than pleasant experience dealing with one of the owners. Just make sure you go over all the details of method of payment ect. before you make a deal because they were not forthcoming with their policies and got loud about something that if explained properly I would have not objected too. My wife and I were happy when we were going to pick up our new car, but this kinda ruined the experience.
