Just got my hair done today by manu,when your first walk in it's such a nice experience, they offer you something to drink right away such amazing customer service, and the place is stunning.Manu right away talked to me and listened to exactly what I wanted and recommended suggestions. I was nervous going in and trusting somewhere new with my hair but right away she makes you feel comfortable. I got balayage, I can't even describe how amazing it looks. It honestly is my favourite hair I have ever gotten in my life!!! I am so happy I found her and this amazing place. I highly recommend it. She's so honest and so kind.I wish I could rate it higher then a 5.

Salon was out of the stylist’s first and second choice of blonde toner. For the rates charged here, stylists should have all of the tools and toners they need to give clients what they ask/pay for. I don’t think the stylist loved the result either.

A couple of my girlfriends recommended this salon to me and I’m so thankful they did! There is an amazing team and set of stylists at Untitled. Mariana gave me a cut and style that I absolutely love and she really listened to what I was hoping to achieve with my hair. Before my appointment Emily intercepted a phone call from me, as I was on my way to the salon and knew I wouldn’t make it right on time because of some unexpected delays, and she went above and beyond to communicate with me and the stylist to help accommodate me.Such a great experience with Untitled and I’ll definitely book with them again.

Great service. Filled with a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, skilled staff. And the coffee in the mornings and the alcohol at night only add to the great experience.

I had a really fantastic experience getting my hair cut by Mariana at Untitled this week! Mariana was very kind and fun, and made me feel very comfortable. She took her time to understand my hair and what I wanted. You can tell she is passionate about her job! I will absolutely be a return customer, and would highly recommend Mariana.

I can’t speak to the quality of the stylists. But I can speak to the experience we had trying to book an appointment for my very pregnant (38 weeks pregnant) spouse. Long story short, they will charge a cancellation fee (50%) if a pregnant woman books an appointment and has to cancel because they spontaneously go into labour and can’t make the appointment. Unfortunately they “have to respect the stylists time”.Don’t worry about how you make the pregnant mother feel about trying to make a hair appointment close to their due date. Keep up the good work guys. 1-star is probably unfair but the lady at the front was rude enough to warrant it.

I’ve been coming here for years. Karla is an incredible person and stylist, and I don’t think that is just my experience. I come from across the city to my appointments. Love the atmosphere and amenities inside too. They are fully kitted out with coffee, cocktails, even food. They also sell high end haircaire products for both men and women. It’s bright and spacious and welcoming inside with couches and chairs in the waiting section.

Diana is absolutely amazing for colour and cut. I have a cool almost platinum blonde tone and she took great care when doing my highlights. She communicated clearly about how much she would trim off the ends as I want to continue to grow me hair and gave me advice on how to keep my hair healthy.She listens and communicated well, making sure I would love the result, which I did! She's also a sweet and kind human being.
