Brewster Well Drilling

Within 10 minutes of calling this company, I had two guys at my home replacing my broken well pump. The guys were absolutely incredible and very knowledgeable and helpful. After 3 days of no water and being left in the dark by Lee Castle, I am so grateful to find a company that goes above and beyond. I will be recommending to everyone. Thank you so much guys!

We moved into our home and the well went dry the first day. We called around and the only company willing to help us was Brewster.They were there in a week and had everything done within 2 weeks.Fast forward 3 months and our well stopped working.I called and the owner answered.He sent a crew out the next morning. They replaced the pump, which had gone bad, and we were up and running again.Very friendly people.I would highly recommend them for any of the services that they provide.If you are a resonable person, you will be happy with their work,Thank you so much Brewsters. You guys are amazing.

Phil and his team went well above and beyond for my family and I to get back to a normal life. Over the past two weeks our lives were turned upside down when we had a well collapse. Phil made changes to his schedule to get onsite that day. Within 2 days they were here drilling a new well. There were complications and his team managed to get us running water within a week. I cannot thank Phil and all his team that were involved to make this happen. Just a great company to deal with!!!!Thank you,

Amazing well drilling company. They came as soon as possible. Done all the work and when the clients are dense . It is great that the company went beyond what many others would do on a Remembrance day holiday so we the clients good get water . Our fault and they picked up our slack . Thank you for running water after 65 days of none.

I called in the late morning as my well had ran dry the night before. Shirley came out to check within a couple hours to assess my issue. On top of that she walked me through how to regain pressure in my pump, and that fixed the issue.Definitely Recommend.

Called to ask a question regarding my well, they answered my question quickly and gave me a solution to the problem. They weren't even the company that drilled the well. Outstanding customer service!!

We attempted to settle this with the company prior to leaving a review and asked for the owners to call us, but they didn't.When Shirley visited our property she said there wouldn’t be a lot of material when the well was dug & that a couple of tarps would suffice for the tailings.There was no way we could have known the amount of tailings that would be produced and we relied on the information we were given by Shirley. Even tho she assured us there would be, there were no measures put in place by the company to prevent the spread of the tailings all over the yard and into the lake.When the driller arrived, they didn't bring anything to stop the tailings from entering the lake. If Department of Fisheries were aware of the tailings that went into the lake, this company would have been fined.After the well was drilled, we contacted Shirley about the amount of tailings in the yard. She said that the excavator would put all of that into the trench when he came to dig to put the connecting pipe to the house. We felt that there was too much material for that to happen and asked that she come and see the mess. She did did and said it wasn't typical of their work, that it was indeed a problem and she would speak to the owners.Even so, we attempted to manually remove as much of the tailings as we could. It was like trying to move heavy, wet cement. We worked on it for several days. The tailings were as deep as 6 for the most part & covered a large portion of our back yard.After the trench was dug (days later)

Amazing service. Came out after the wildfires asap and repaired our burnt well. Shirley was amazing at keeping me updated. Thanks for being so professional.

A huge shout out to this company, we placed a service call to have our deep well pump replaced at 3pm on Tuesday February 21, 2023. We were told that when the guys loaded their trucks the next morning we would be their first stop. Our door bell rang at 7:30am, they got to work immediately and our new pump was down our well (275 ft) the box was replaced on the wall and they were on their way by 8:45. Amazing customer service and we are thrilled that we could get the service we needed locally. These two men were professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. Thank you from two very happy Mount Uniacke residents.
