We had an amazing experience with the lady who works for U-Haul in Bonnyville. She saved our moving day! We had a terrible ordeal with Cold Lake U-Haul and could not get a truck. But she opened the business just for us, even though it was her day off. She was very professional and kind. Thanks to her help and her time, we could complete our long distance moving. We are very grateful to her. We highly recommend Bonnyville U-Haul!

What a cool venue for a uhaul terminal.... it's an off road performance shop too, so any and every question about the uhaul truck was answered easily and quickly.... the staff was amazing and so friendly (felt like we were friends not a business interaction).Ps: I forgot to sweep the truck out upon return, instead of being nickel and dimed like past experiences, I got a friendly phone call and the opportunity to come and finish my part of the deal. Which was a shock and greatly appreciated.I wouldnt hesitate to deal with them again!! And I will be back to have my truck worked on cuz judging by the rigs in their lot, it's the place to go!!

Had a problem with the roll up door on a trailer we rented and the staff came right away out to our house and fixed it so it went down and closed. And if that hadn’t worked they had even brought a spare trailer to swap out! Excellent service. Great people.

Worse experience ever!!! Avoid at all costs. Drove 45 mins from St. Paul. I arrived at 2:50 pm only to find the door locked, website said 3 pm. I called number on door and a man told me the last appointment was at 2:30 and that I would have to drive to cold lake and that it was not worth there time to come back and reopen as they only make $7 bucks on a trailer rental. After a couple mins I recieved a text saying they couldn’t do anything for me and didn’t care that I got there before closing. Just reintegrated that the last appointment was at 2:30. This business couldn’t care less about you, go somewhere else!!!!
