We consulted Rebecca on how the value of our house might be affected by some renovations we were considering. She was very thorough in her advice on all the factors that might affect the resale value of our home, and was careful and ethical enough to note that it would also depend on what the real estate market would be like at the time we list the house. She was also knowledgeable about the unique factors of our particular property and how they might affect its attractiveness on the market. She was a pleasure to work with!

I hired Rebecca on Aug 25 2022. Wow was she professional! To the point, efficient, polite, and notably ethical. When I mentioned there would be other professionals in the residence at the same time (I’m prepping to move), she wanted to confirm she wouldn’t be in contact with any other appraisers to maintain service independent of external influence, and assured me she wouldn’t offer info to any other appraiser should they contact her. To be so cognizant of potential interference was very respectable. She’s a Third Party Service Provider… for anyone relocating with Brookfield/BGRS. Highly recommend!
