Alary Technologies in Oshawa did an excellent job of preparing my old MacBook Pro for return shipment, as I was trading it in for a new M1 MacBookPro. They were quick at contacting me when the work was completed. They also took an interest into why I wanted the work done, and spent the time informing me about how to set up my new Mac's. once they arrive.They are completely Covid compliant and I felt very safe conversing with the very knowledgeable staff. I have recommended them to other Mac users, because of there excellent service and convient location.

The team at Alary Technologies is amazing. Great customer service and very professional. Booking the repair was quick and easy. When I dropped off my computer, it had a bunch of issues. They clearly explained the evaluation and repair process, then gave me an estimated repair date. When I got my computer back, it felt like it was brand new. Thank you!!

I have yet to bring them a problem they couldn't solve. I have been using mac since my childhood. Consequently I have ancient technology that I needed the harddrives saved off of. Alary was the only place in Durham with the know how to do it. That being only one of the odd hardware problems they have solved for me. Super friendly knowledgeable staff.

We initially ran diagnostics with Apple about an iPad battery issue and then booked an appointment (6 day lead time) to have this repair center look at the unit. Alary confirmed there was a battery problem but instead of wanting to charge us $129.00+tax for a battery replacement, they wanted to charge us $379+ for an OOW (out-of-warranty) NEW unit.We contacted Apple directly and within 3 business days of shipping the defective unit to Apple for repair, we received a brand new replacement during the last week of 2022.If you want a more pleasant customer experience, it's worth the drive to the nearest Apple store in the GTA and by pass this service center entirely.

Unprofessional.Quoted me $450 to fix my MacBook Pro that was under a recall for a keyboard issue.They said that since there was a dent, the recall didn't apply.I took it back, and took it to an Apple Store. They charged me $0 to repair it. I asked about the dent and the guy said it wasn't an issue.Alary charged me $60 for nothing.

I took my very old 2009 27-in iMac to Alary for repair and was very pleased with the results. They were professional, fast and the fee was quite reasonable. Dealing with Alary Tech was refreshing compared to dealing with repair technicians in Toronto where you're treated more like a number than a person.

The technician who served me couldn't have been more helpful. I was very pleased with his information, suggestions and expert service. He helped me also with a problem I was having with my iPhone.

My Macbook Pro (early 2011 model) suddenly wouldn't boot up and it had a green screen. I did a Google search and found this place. I saw mixed reviews but I thought I would give it a try. I had to book an appointment online which I found convenient and easy to do. I received an email confirmation. I even received a initial assessment from the problem I described. When I arrived, the rep was very nice and he knew exactly what was wrong with the laptop. He explained what I could do to retrieve the information. Although my laptop is obsolete, I felt confident to move forward with extracting the hard drive on my own.
