From ordering to installation, this has been a very positive experience for me and my family. I have had Vivint for many years and have never had any problems. Their customer service is incredible, and they really know their products.

This company is a fraudulent company. I have have cancelled the system 6 months ago and I have told them to double check their system if I have pay off full amount and their associate told me “Yes, you are fully pay off.” And I told them I will be away from the province for few months. Now I have received a letter from collection center that I still owe them money. I would highly recommend please not go with Vivint. It’s a waste of money.

I was all about this company when it was APX this company has gone down so fast I found out there telus now and also found out that they are not monitoring the systems anymore only Alarm triggers not even coming out to the house when it happen just taking your money a month later SCAMing money now

This company is a fraudulent company. I moved a year ago. Amd the new owner of my house took over service. This company has continued to take full payment from me, and the new owner of my house. Everytime I have called they have assured me my service is canceled. But continue to bill my bank every month. They never give me direct contact to talk to anyone other then a customer service representative. They are thieves, and are not trying to protect there customers homes whatsoever. They have continued to have the new owner and myself attached to accounts at the residence. Stay clear of this company. Even their staff says they are shady.

I had actually been searching for an alarm system when the sales rep working the neighborhood met me in my driveway. I had decided to go with Vivint because my son had used them for several years and was considering an upgrade. The sales rep was great the installer was great but it stopped there.The company couldn't get their equipment into my house quick enough I guess so they could start billing immediately. The problem started at the install. Half of the equipment would not be available for three weeks.Being a retired Policeman I understand the value of the lawn sign and window stickers but when I asked about them the installer had none but assured me the sales rep would drop them off but when I called the sales rep he said he would get the installer to drop them off. I'm still waiting but not even a call. Besides the signs i am not confident about the timeline for the outstanding equipment and the service for which I am paying in full.The sales rep knew my son was planning to upgrade and my two daughters were planning to install systems immediately. Given the fact that three additional accounts are on the line this service is shameful. In hindsight I am thinking I should have gone with my second choice for the service as are my son and two daughters. Lesson learned.

I have had Vivint installed in both my first and second homes. In the first house, it was a salesperson at the door that impressed me with all the features.They were quite new then, and while the system worked, there was room for improvement. But, improve it did, the app got better, the control panel got updates, and before long it grew into a flawless system.Now in the new house, they are very well established, and everything works extremely well. I’m a big fan of smart home technology, and Vivint is top of the class. I spent time researching more before deciding in house 2, but still happily chose them again.The hardware works great, but another big factor is the consistently excellent customer service. No hold times, and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fortunately I have only ever had false alarms, but they are dealt with perfectly. I did have my water alarm go off though when I messed up my sump, and it truly saved me.Long review, but yes I fully recommend Vivint!

Got a new system installed about one month ago. First call over the phone was easy and accommodating, they waived the $200 install fee. Technician visit was good, he was on time and set up everything in a few hrs and showed us how everything works. It's super easy to use, the app works great and doorbell cam never disconnect's or gives us issues. Even after the install had to adjust sensitivity one a sensor and went online and Vivint give step by step directions. No issues at all, recommend Vivint!

I was impressed with the whole process with Vivint. From Sheldon in sales calling me the first day, coming over and keeping the process simple. No pressure, just what they can do for me and the value they provide. The install had some issues with our older wiring for the old system and Riley our tech worked on solutions and made the install invisible.in our house. System is easy to use, modify and we can add components to the system as part of smart home. Payments are easy and they are focused on the customer. Sheldon even called three days later just to make sure we were not having issues. That is great support. No regrets making the move over to Vivint.

I called Vivint to set up installation & they were able to send a couple of techs out within just a few days.The sales person on the phone helped me decide exactly what I wanted & gave me all the details I needed to know & was very professional & polite.The techs that came out to my house to install the equipment were a great help in suggesting more products that ended up being the same price as the original quote, so come the day of installation, I got more than I originally asked for for the same price!The techs were both very professional & personable. Very polite & easy to have a regular conversation with, they even gave my pets the attention they were asking for! Haha. They had everything installed in the estimated time, cleaned up any mess they had made & answered any questions we had for them!Everything works great, & we couldn’t be happier!10/10 would recommend Vivint Smart Home Security!
