More invasive than anything. I moved out the first month I lived there and the girl next to me ALSO MOVED OUT . They are in almost everyday, they came in when I was sleeping like if I didn’t answer they’d unlock my door and come in . They do not leave you alone and nothing gets done . My shower was coming away from the wall, they had pest control,my windows weren’t on track so I couldn’t lock them, the one door was broke so you couldnt even lock it from outside & they don’t salt or remove snow almost ever even tho I was told they do that so with a baby I would almost constantly fall . Horrible place to live and not even a transition home it’s literally like a concentration camp .

They do what they do very well.Counseling here was a blast for me from the time I started.. up until the last few months of it. It was helping me a lot in my day to day life to function, but I felt very pushed out of it even though I expressed it was definitely helping me. It's been almost a year later and I'm desperate to go back, but my anxiety makes me feel like I will be bothering my counselor if I do. If you need cognitive behavioral therapy, I definitely recommend them because these counselors are fantastic at their jobs, but beyond that they cannot do much more for you.But outside of my own personal experience, this is a well needed service in a very damaged city. They help many many many people every year and we are very lucky to have them.
