OSO Hair Salon

Had a wonderful experience today at OSO hair salon. I’m guilty of usually cutting my own hair, but I wanted bangs, and to fix up my uneven bob. I easily booked an appointment online, and a few hours later I saw Tom Bhumskuko, who listened to everything I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. I came in with a reference photo and a few ideas, and he managed to capture it spot on. It seriously looks just like the picture, including the minor details I requested!!The staff are kind and welcoming, making an already happy gal walk out glowing with confidence.The days of cutting my own hair are over after visiting this salon, as I look forward to my next visit.10/10 I recommend!

Alicia did my hair after a year of growing it out and she did an amazing job. I recommend her to everyone. The atmosphere was so welcoming & bright. ❤️

What an amazing experience for a busy mom like me, luckily got a promo deal with Rachel, I’m so happy I had the time to get my hair done today. Georgia and Rachel got everything done, color and style in 2 hours! They were so efficient and accommodating , fun to talk to as well, thank you for such a great appointment ladies ! My hair feels amazing no damage , and the color turned out so well! Salon is close to Canada line and sky train which made it easy to get to. Highly recommend these girls! I’m ready for summer thanks to you both.

I was visiting Vancouver on vacation when I decided to go get a haircut. I called on a weekday morning and got an appointment shortly after. As a guy who has long hair, I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted, so I asked Tom for suggestions for what to do. In the end I loved the cut and style, along with got a lot of hair care tips. I would definitely recommend. If I'm back in the area again, I'll stop by again. Everyone there also were very friendly.

I saw Georgia and Raychel to have my hair cut and colored (balayage from dark brown to ashy blonde). They were really nice and wasted no time getting down to business. The appointment started with a color consult with Georgia and then a cut consult with Raychel. They asked a bunch of questions which was nice, even though I didn’t have good answers for most of them. They figured out how to clarify my indecision and offered their opinions. I’ve never seen a salon where 2 stylists will work on you at once. They had great teamwork and worked together on foiling my hair, brushing out all the back combing and blowing it dry. I think they cut the time in at least half of what it would have been otherwise. I was shocked to be in and out in under 3 hours. Last time I had something similar done elsewhere I was there for around 8 hours. They are an efficient duo! Thank you Georgia and Raychel, really happy with my transformation! :)

Wow! I just got my hair coloured and cut by Alicia at OSO salon and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon. I was looking for a high end hair salon and OSO popped up with such great ratings, I had to check them out. Booking an appointment was easy; I spoke with the owner JP (who was super friendly and professional) and he sent me the pre-forms to fill out online. Once I got to the salon the first thing I noticed was how clean and aesthetically pleasing the salon was. I was greeted by JP and set up in a chair which was very comfortable and great air conditioning. I was treated with coffee and even a protein bar throughout my service and they were very accommodating with making me feel as comfortable as possible. Alicia was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with deciding which colour and tone I would like to go with. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Alicia is a hair magician! The way she got the colour to be exactly what I wanted (and more!) was unbelievable. She was very friendly and personable, super easy to talk to and had a positive personality. After my treatment she recommended me a product that will help keep my colour longer and took before and after photos. I definitely will be returning to OSO and anyone that wants a high quality hair experience should go see Alicia at OSO salon!

My first experience at OSO Hair Salon was excellent. I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Alicia, who was warm and welcoming from the very beginning. Not only did she make my hair look better than it has in years, her friendliness and personality stood out the most to me. She is super knowledgeable about the customers individual needs, and had many recommendations for products as well as tips.
