Negative stars if possible. Nightmare company to deal with. Tried to change my payment dates from semi-monthly to bi-weekly; thry wanted to rewrite the entire loan. They tried to extend my loan for another 3 months even though I would be making more payments a year and charge me a 4% fee to do it because 'their system doesn't do it any other way'. Poor client management from Marcilina -- including giving incorrect information multiple times and I as the client having to correct her and double check. Unauthorized PAD from my account.Just stay far away from this ridiculous company.

I began working for Cash Canada 31/2 months ago. It is really a great company to work for. Upper Management is amazing to me. I feel as if I could call anyone from my District Manager to the CEO of the company if I have questions or difficulties. I really like the fact that this company has CORE values and encourages all the employees to live and work by these values. I would be very happy to work for this company until I retire.

Refuse any assistance with my loan payments while being laid off temporarily due to a world wide pandemic. Basically telling me tough make your payments we don't care what your situation is we want all of our money. Sad that these HUGE companies that make MILLSIONS in profits off of the backs of their customers refuse to assist those same customers until they are back to work. Companies like this need to be held accountable for their reluctance to work with their customers. I can only HOPE they get to experience a hardship through this that they are refused help. Maybe then they may understand.

Do whatever you have to not to use this service. My employment has changed several times and each time I give pay dates they take it out either early, the week in between pays and they keep taking it out even though it gets returned so not only NSF fees with them, but my bank . Even when you email the branch you deal with. Wish I had never gone through this way in the first place

I have been dealing with cashco for some time now. I usually get a flex loan if i want to buy something i cannot afford at the time and then make my usual payments and usually pay it off early and get a reloan for the same amount i was approved for before or a little more and repeat the process. It had always been quick and they had my info already each time and really only needed to run my credit and get my to pay my balance and sign new paperwork. THIS TIME- i tried emailing as per usual and was told i had to go apply online by a different person that i usually deal with - when i requested to deal with an actual person like i usually do they had someone else email me , She started requesting things i had NEVER had to give them before like a selfie of myself holding my ID up...even though they had picture ID on file and never had asked me for it again until now. I asked if this was a new policy and she said they had always done it. But they hadn't. She also asked me for a bank statement to look at if i pay reoccurring payments on time - why would they need that if they had already run my credit? and why had they never asked for it before? i had asked her several questions to which she would answer in pieces and not clearly (she would just say its policy you have to if you want a loan) hours apart from each other. when finally got out of her the exact amount i needed to pay to clear my current loan she told me and i sent it to which i received a message saying she was off work soon but would get someone to handle it for me. a few minutes later i got an email from my bank saying my transfer was accepted. Then i was left without a response for two days- to which they came back and said sorry i was away i though someone else would handle it" I tried to get in contact with cascho as well as the employee at cashco for the two days and received absolutely no response. The only reason i am borrowing with them again is because i dont want to go elsewhere and have them run my credit again. will not be a return customer."

I won't go into personal details but my first loan with Lady Loans/Cashco Flex was successful. I cannot say this for the second loan. I emailed a change of PAD as I have to switch banks. I have called their office once and their customer service is very poor. The person I dealt with has left Lady Loans. I received an email that customers like me were switched to Cashco. I have never received a phone call or an email saying who I deal with there. My advice: if you run into trouble with this company (Cashco), serve them written notice that you are cutting off your banking and switch to a new bank. Second thing: they can't enforce a contract in which they screw you over like I suspect has happened to me. I will be closing my bank account as I have a new one and then when they send me that nasty email that I need to pay, I will - on my terms. The company will not be getting a second PAD on my new bank. I sent them an email with the updated banking information on August 3rd and there has been no response whatsoever. Stay away from this company - I am regretting that I had to take a loan out because I moved and had higher expenses that I couldn't originally cover. I am on a fixed income and disabled.

Whatever you do stay very clear from this company. I had a regional manager reach out to me through Facebook!! How they found me on Facebook I don't know since I don't have my government name displayed but my nickname. At this point that's harassment and unprofessional on there part. When I called and told them a regional manager reached out to me on Facebook there solution was to transfer me to a regional manager, which didn't make sense to me since that's the department I'm having issues with. I had asked to speak to someone higher then a regional manager but I was not being heard and once again transferred to a regional manager. I will take the necessary I need to, to get this resolved. I have already spoken to my bank about it as well.DO NOT TRUST THIS CRAPPPY COMPANY. Stay clear. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Without a doubt one of the worst companies to work for. They treat their staff like cattle. I left due to feeling worthless to the company. Management is messy and terrible and is anything but nice to employees. One of the companies values is communicate honestly but when you do you’re scolded and told to “back off”. I would not recommend this business to anyone and until their policies change they will continue to go downhill. Very disorganized !

Saskatoon 22nd branch. Went in for small loan just after christmas 2015. Same lady who gave me loan seen me later in the day. She was intoxicated screaming at me, releasing all my personal information. Spoke to headoffice who than fired the employee. They than went into my account and attempted to take there payment when i did not authorize the payment as i agreed id be in the store to make the payment. 2 weeks later they tried again. Than the phone calls began. 30 messages a week, 5+ phone calls a day. Made a couple payments via etransfer i was than threatened of being sued and having to pay legal fees that could reach $900+ after i willingly made payments. I reached out to a lawyer about the matter. Saskatchewan law states 1 message per day, 1 phone call per hour. Access to bank account maximum of 2 times IF authorized to do so for the loan total. They than illegally went into my account and took the remaining balance. I called headoffice and requested my full and final release from the debt. Doug black than asked why" i said it is my legal right. He refused to do so for about a week. I highly highly recomend to not do business with this company. If it hasnt happened to you yet. It will. Before this happened it was great. Payments on time. Loans were great. Now i have a total of 79 voice mails saved in a month and a half period. I have call logs saved in the hundreds. 6 calls per hour in alot of days. They had released my information ex. Debt to one of my references in the pursue to contact me when i did not have service 9 hours north. Where are the professionals"
