TERRIBLE CX SERVICE. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.I called and reached a lady on the phone. She was at first short and unprofessional. I was trying to find a supplier for some herbicides for my future lawn care business, and had some questions I was looking to get answered. She asked if I had a license to use the products. After having told her I didn't yet have one, she essentially laughed me off the phone and refused to answer any questions. I was pretty shocked so I called back again hoping to talk to a sales representative instead of this secretary who obviously didn't want to talk to a potential customer. I ended up reaching her again, and asked to speak to someone else since she obviously wasn't going to help me.
