Bath Fitter

My water facet seize up in my tub and I could not turn the water off. I had to turn the water off in the whole house. When I called Michelle at Bath Fitter's office she was so pleasant and determined to get this fixed right away. She reached Chris who was here in 20 minutes and fixed our facet. Excellent customer service! Thank you Michelle and Chris!

It was a pretty good experience with the Bath Fitter team at this location. The staff was accommodating and their technician Kevin too was professional; they did a fantastic installation that gets compliments! Communication with clients could use improvement however; often times getting a hold of someone at the office was a challenge. My technician was prompt in this regard; office not so much.Am still waiting for the manager to contact me in regard to a 'handheld' shower attachment recommended to me by my installer technician to compensate for the number of delays... Sure my project had no time limit, and there were some unforeseen hiccups; but it should not be that difficult to give a phone call in return.....*UPDATE FOR 04/06/21Bath Fitter fulfilled the handheld shower attachment, but did not call to notify that they would be coming; only through the mini-park management's e-mail would I ever have known that they had attempted. Some finished photos would be nice too !Regardless, I am still grateful that Bath Fitter and Kevin the installer did a job well done.

Bath fitter installed my new tub and enclosure. they were on time, friendly, professional and the quality of the work was excellent. Kevin, our installer was great!

Customer service is terrible. No sense of coordination. Also, I was told last minute they'll be able to do the work after 3 to 4 months. You have to get your owner plumber to accomodate plumbing. A big waste of time. I'd better and cheaper to get it done with the same plumber that you would need to get for them.

Chris from Saint John, NB Bath Fitter came in on Monday and was able to single handedly install a new bathtub and finish the entire installation the next day. This was my wife’s project and Chris made her dream bathroom come together. Excellent service and workmanship. Gilles for Diane

We had an appointment to get this done, a simple replacement of an existing one piece bathtub/shower with a walk-in shower as my parents are having a hard time with the tub. We had a sales person come in in Feb and we were told it would be approx 2 to 3 months. I asked that this be expedited because my dad has already fallen twice so we wanted it changes asap, the rep stated that he would put a note on the file and would see what he could do. No response from anyone for 4 month, when I call the voice mail system was full couldn't leave a message, it just hung up. I finally got someone on the line and cancelled because they stated that I was in the schedule for late August...7 months after the quote. They also refused to refund the deposit...even after giving me a timeline of 2 to 3 months. Then not 30 min after that call, I received another call stating that after looking at our contract in detail they had the shower in stock and could do it the next week. I still told them no. I'm not happy with the service and what they are charging for a simple replacement.

Long wait but worth it so far! Install just finished yesterday after an 8 month wait. There was issues with the initial quote (chrome not brushed nickel and told I couldn’t have a shower wand initially when I can) but they fixed it real time.Yes it’s pricey but worth it so far!Things to know: brushed nickel can’t be throughout so my handles and drains are chrome. The wait will be long.The installer Ed was professional and amazing. He even came back quick when we noticed a missed spot of caulk.A new sales rep stopped and checked in.I got a call near the end to advise of the price difference between the nickel and chrome mistake on the quote.Over all a long but smooth experience. Great people. I’m happy.Including before and after pictures for your consideration.

Bathfitter did a great job renovating the bathroom. The work was done in less than 2 days - no muss, no fuss. I would highly recommend them!
