They were very friendly, not pushy and knowledgeable. The showroom was clean and inviting, and they had some great deals. The delivery people were friendly and polite. Based on this experience, I’d recommend Trail Appliance.

Poor communication between local store and delivery service. We were told to expect confirmation texts/phone calls/emails regarding our delivery date. None materialized. Therefore, our delivery was cancelled. We had been told up front by our salesperson Garry B, not to call him about any delivery glitches, as 'beyond the sale anything that happened was out of his control'. Thanks to Amanda we have managed to re schedule, and hope to have a refrigerator on Saturday. Three major appliances in two years, two of them with problems. So no more chances to get it right.

Awesome staff, Garry our salesman was very knowledgeable and informative and helped us to decide which dishwasher was what we needed. Highly recommend Nanaimo Trail Appliances .

We purchased a whirlpool dishwasher from Trail Appliances in Nanaimo about a year and a half ago at a cost of over $1000.00.The dishwasher proved to be an absolute lemon.When I brought it home the control panel on the top was starting to lift. I guess some water got underneath and fried something so I contacted Trail to find out that once it’s out their door they wash their hands of any issues and gave me the number for Whirlpool who sent out a tech to repair the issue was told it needed some unit that he would order in. It took almost 3 months!!It finally came in and got our one thousand dollar dishwasher usable again. But the issue with the control panel lifting continued.Yesterday our dishwasher packed it in again, we are going to replace it with a new one as this one has been nothing but a headache.We will not be buying Whirlpool or purchasing from Trail again. For a company that portrays themselves as professional and reputable very disappointing.

Just had a wonderful purchase experience with Bryan Rodier. Great product knowledge and service above and beyond. Highly recommend. Can no longer recommend. Error message occurred after first use of dryer and problem still not resolved. Great for selling and delivery however after sales service nonexistent. Be careful.

Excellent customer service from beginning (in the showroom) to the delivery and installation.Despite living in a somewhat remote area, the staff and the installer was so helpful and made the entire end-to-end process smooth and easy.

We had a great experience shopping for a fridge, range and dishwasher at Trail with Bruce. Bruce was so knowledgable about all of the products---we just described what we needed and he found products that met those needs.Our delivery had to be rescheduled multiple times due to weather and our chosen range was discontinued by the manufacturer, twice! None of this was Trail or Bruce's fault though. In fact, we felt that Bruce and his colleagues at Trail went above and beyond to get us replacement products and managed all of the delivery changes. We have all of the products now and are super happy with how everything turned out. Thanks!

We had our fridge only two years when it stopped working. Issues arose with third party warranty work being done, however Trail stood behind the product they had sold us. Their resolutions department took care of the situation quickly and to our total satisfaction. We were very happy with Trail's after-sales support!

Sales staff were excellent, knew their products and were extra-ordinarily patient as we flip-flopped from needs to wants.Delivery staff reviewed the move-in/move-out prior to the move to ensure subsequent work most efficient. All went very smoothly.Only one negative comment. The movers left, we read the instructions and noted the anti-tipping device and the filler strip needed to installed. The range needs to be out to allow either to happen.
