Laundry Hub

This was my first time using Laundry Hub as a service and it was great. They are reliable, communicative and service was exceptional. My clothes were returned folded and packed neatly, it was so nice to have one less chore to worry about.

I was looking for a weekly service to help my out with my Dads laundry. I was using another company but the billing and pick up was a nightmare and no one picks up the phone.Our family decided to give Laundry Hub and shot. I'm glad we did!  The company is Greta and communication, if I call someone actually picks up the phone. The billing has been very easy and straight forwardI would highly recommend Laundry Hub

As a business owner, it's difficult for me to find time to do those miscellaneous chores. Laundry Hub is a god send, where they pick up and drop off my washed and folded clothes.The owners are incredibly responsive and quick with their services. Super friendly over the phone and treat their clients with the highest level of service. Pricing is great and I'm able to take an hour or two off to spend quality time with my family.

Honestly, what a genius idea! Being a busy Mom of 2 equally busy kids, laundry is the last thing I want to be spending my Sunday doing... I want to rest, relax, re group and spend time with my family. At first I was hesitant on getting someone else touching my personal belongings but the customer care and the lovely interaction I had with the owners made me feel comfortable. I was very happy with my laundry. The pickup was very quick - within a couple of hours of my request! The returned laundry was perfect - all clothing pieces were returned and cleaned well. They were folded in such a way that my items were flat, compact and easy to put away. I even unfolded some items carefully to see how they were done and am replicating that with the rest of my clothes!I took away one star because I think the order status and delivery could be fine tuned a little. I happened to be out when my laundry was delivered because I did not know when to expect delivery. I also did not receive a confirmation of my laundry pickup until the next day. However, I was very happy with the final result and the delivery person waited to hand me my laundry personally so I would say that the concierge service was excellent. I would recommend this service.

I ❤ Laundry Hub. I'm too unwell to drag my laundry to a matt. These sweet people pick it up for me and bring it back perfectly folded and smelling fresh and clean. I feel like a princess! Thank you Laundry Hub
