We’re new to Calgary and needed a second car urgently, we found the car we like and these guys were able to find a bank to approve us at a decent rate even when we just first started our new job here. The process was hassle free and quick, took us less than a week for us to see the car, get approved and bringing it home. The detail job is awesome we couldn’t tell it’s a 2015 car!

Ali and Moe were very helpful when I called from out of province. They were also very helpful when I arrived in Calgary. They honoured their pricing as discussed. I had only 2 complaints......First the tires on the vehicle were at wear bars and not safe to travel to BC and the transmission fluid was very dark and past due for servicing. Ali let me have the vehicle to run around and locate 4 tires. He and Moe paid for the installation and filled my fuel tank. I was then safely able to return to BC through the mountains.Once I was home Ali and I had a discussion about both issues. He agreed to reimburse me for the tires and also cover the cost for my transmission servicing. I originally asked for 1/2 of the expense but Ali is sending me a cheque to cover all of my costs. I could not ask for more. These guys have a very high moral standard and I recommend them to anyone. They are able to mix profit with customer satisfaction.Doug MaxwellPenticton BC

Ali made my experience very very pleasant. Buying a vehicle is stressful for most. The non pressured environment they create at this dealership is something i have never experienced before and made me feel comfortable with my decisions, while being educated by the team. Ali did a great job making sure everything was ready for me when I arrived to checkout a Expedition. All my purchase options where explained, sale went very smooth. A couple days after I was home with the expedition the engine light came on. I called Ali, he immediately told me to take it to my mechanic and get it fixed, Southview covered repair cost totally, no questions asked.Thanks for the good service! Pleasure to deal with.

Buying a used car is always a bit daunting, but I was VERY impressed with Ali and Mo in addressing any concerns and getting me in a vehicle that was right for me at a fair price. This is the best used car dealership I have ever been to. Ali and Mo were both very friendly and professional, were honest about the vehicles and had all documentation available (CarFax, inspection, etc.) and did not apply give any pressure to purchase anything as we were exploring our options. When we did decide on our vehicle, they also patiently worked with us to get the best possible deal through financing from the bank as well. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Ali and Moe are patience to answer all our questions. We had some bad experience before when buying a used vehicle, but they try their best to dispel our doubt. They are professional, hilarious, We feel confidence and happy with the whole purchasing process. We pick up the vehicle in the next day with a cleaned exterior and interior (though it's a used car but it looks new!) they fixed everything and make sure it goes well before we left. We will definitely refer them to our friends, clients and whoever need a car.

Great Experience. Purchased an F-250 with 230 000 km. I was nervous about buying a truck with high milage, but the dealer went above and beyond my expectations. There were a couple of issues with the truck, which they immediately took care of, and then threw in a warranty just to give me peace of mind. I left feeling good about my purchase, and that's saying a lot. I would buy from them again and recommend them to a friend. Thank you Ali for your patience and hard work.
