This was my first experience with hypnosis. To say Patty is amazing at what she does would be an understatement. She is that and beyond. Her voice is so calming, that it makes it so easy to relax. She really cares about helping people to be the best version of themselves.

Hypnotherapy is kinda weird because you don’t feel like anything is happening or has happened, and then you go about your life and you see that it was all very real!! I kept wondering if I was even under hypnosis when it was happening.Patty and I have been friends for a few years and we decided one day to exchange services. I have been hypnotized before but really didn't remember my experience only that it had worked for my issue with public speaking.A few days after our exchange, I got back on my meditation cushion. For about 20 years or likely more, my right leg has always needed a prop under it as if felt strained, short and painful. Not anymore! That was what happened during the session. Something shifted physically. Patty wondered why I brought my physical body through the process but then realized it needed healing.I saw Jesus doing the healing. (He appears to me often so this wasn't the biggest wonderment.) He held my right hip and knee and kept repeating, 'you know how to heal this.'This week during my massage and energy session with my own clients I have found myself repeating these words to their higher self: 'you know how to heal this.' That was such a phenomenal message to me.Interlife Hypnosis was an enlightening experience for my body and my soul. If you are wondering if you should try it, just book it! Hypnosis will explore a part of you that you have full access to but just may need a little guidance to get there.
