This company was accommodating when setting up installation and did great work. I asked around for other people’s recommendations. The quote was done by sending pictures by text. It was easy to communicate via text any concerns prior and after installation. It was an easy process and affordable. Now, I recommend this company for your block windows.

Just had 3 glass block windows installed in my basement from the glass block guys! And I can tell you from experience that they did a great job! Good all-around work and they left no mess! I'd recommend you guys any day over Buffalo glass block!

Absolutely amazing! I contacted Glass Block Guys and it couldn’t have been more of a pleasant experience. I spoke with Joe and he went over all of my options for glass block windows. He was extremely informative and did not try to over sell me. He made the decision process very easy with his knowledge.I had my windows installed today and the installer was just as great as Joe. He explained every detail of what he had to do and he did it in a very timely manor. The windows look awesome! When I walked in my basement I would have never guessed there was work done as he cleaned up as if it were his own.I wish all of my experiences with moving into a new home were as good as this. This morning I had one basement window replaced. The whole procedure was done in about a half an hour. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the two men that showed up and completed the task. It looks great and I know that it's going to last for years. Leading up to this application I just want to shout out to the owner of the company and his secretary. Both were very great at communicating. We had to have a weather delay due to the rain. I feel as though I got a great value for my money. I really wish there was a way that I could add photos but it doesn't look like Google allows it.

Could not be happier. Had Sammy as an installer, he removed and installed 5 windows in 3 hours. Looks great, and cleaned up perfectly. Huge improvement! Customer service (Christina)/sales (Joe) since I contacted was responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

They had a huge challenge in MY basement and went above and beyond expectations. They cleaned up, corrected a couple things unrelated because they saw a problem. The Glass Block Guys were great. During the initial appointment, I was shown actual samples of the typical varieties of glass block used for basements. Requiring only six, it was suggested which ones could be vented to maximize airflow if needed, based upon existing walls and doors. The tech, Eric arrived promptly and was finished installing and cleaned up within about five hours. Since WFH is now more commonplace, I appreciate the new basement windows far better than the original single panes. The ice pattern looks great and affords a fair amount of privacy without compromising natural light. Would strongly recommend this company.
