It was really pleasant experience, I haven't had that type of experience before it's a bit different then in Saskatchewan barber shops,also lower priced and much better hairstylists.

Haily cut my hair today and did a great job. I'm so happy with how it turned out. I showed her a pic of the concept I wanted and answered a few simple questions and she knew exactly what to do.She was so fun to talk with as well.

They fit me in with Rosalie for a last minute spot before vacation. She noticed my hair could use a treatment and offered - which smelt amazing and made my hair feel silky soft. She was very professional and sweet. She cut and styled my hair, taking the time to ensure I was happy along throughout the process. Would highly recommend her!

Never a bad experience getting a haircut here. The environment is a laid back chill atmosphere where anyone will feel welcome. The staff are very friendly and very helpful when it comes to recommending the best products for your hair type. I've been going to Beverly for haircuts for a few years now and she never lets me down. I leave the salon with soft and perfectly styled hair every time.

I initially didn’t want to leave a review but after a few days with my haircut, which I was instantly horrified by, I continue to feel very upset and insecure about my new appearance. I cannot express how far away this cut is from the style I asked for and how unhappy I am with it. I’m not one to ever feel upset about my hair being shorter (as I much prefer it that way), but the length is probably the closest thing to my satisfaction- which isn’t saying much. My bangs and layers were cut very poorly, my hair was thinned out when I didn’t even ask for it and the shape of my hair now ages me at least a decade (I am barely even 20). I’ve had my ups and downs with this salon but with recent events, I highly doubt I will be booking another appointment here.

I just got a haircut here after previously going here multiple times and I'm extremely annoyed. The stylist never considered what I as the client wanted and cut, way more then I asked, left the back of scalp wet, and the roots oily. She seemed extremely rude too and overall it was terrible. Probably won't come here again because the stylists cater to themselves as if it's their own hair.

I booked an appointment but never was told the service was to be provided by an apprentice. The problem is not exactly the work of the apprentice, is that no Chatters's experienced stylist supervised her work ever. When I complained they said it can be fixed, but after all. This is not a professional nor a reliable and trustable way to provide service. Honesty is what create trust, the front desk wasn't honest when booked my appointment. It was careless attitude.

I always see Helen for my hair cut and color and she never dissappoints. She understands and does exactly what I am looking for. She is great !! I get so many compliments for my hair cut and I always recommend her.

If there was an option of giving no stars, I would give that instead. I was booked for hair colour and was refused service, why? Because the lady said she can’t do it in the booked time. Why was I booked for three hours then. Just because she wants to serve the customer after me, she refused to do my service. It does not make sense. Wasting my time is ok for them. Highly unprofessional. Do not recommend them at all.
