Took in a 7th Generation iPad to fix a broken screen (just the glass was broken) and it cost $130. So it wasn’t too bad. The replacement glass is almost flush with the casing, but very slightly protrudes in some corners, although its not as bad some other experiences I’ve had. So that’s okay, but the only thing is that as I went in to pick it up and they handed me the device, there was a moderate amount of excess glue around the edges of the screen. They wiped most off and gave it back to me. What was left is visible in the pictures I posted. Now I don’t like to nitpick too much, but you would think that if someone took pride in their work, they’d at least clean it up nicely before presenting it to the customer. It’s not like they had to do it in a rush; I picked up the device 3 days after dropping it off. So that would be my only complaint - for a $130 repair, I feel the standard could have been a bit higher since I once had a $60 screen replacement come out cleaner. But anyway, they did the job, and at least the glass sits close to the screen and doesn’t look like it’s had layers upon layers of glue stuffed in-between. So while I don’t completely regret coming here, I feel like there might be a better place around that I have yet to find.

This was the second time I dealt with them, first time was in Tecumseh, they treated me really well both times. I would highly recommend them for all your electronics that need replacing or repairing they are the best. First time they changed the battery in my iPad and now they changed the screen on my iPhone. Very satisfied with both services

11$ for an apple 30 pin cable, very expensive but at least it seems to be an original oneCould be wrong thoughStill expensive nevertheless.Edit: turns out the cable is not original and is far from being of original quality despite the fact that they advertise it to be.It works but the quality is really iffy but i only noticed it when i got home and took a closer look at the cableI went back to the store to attempt to return it but they said that I cannot and that unless it is defective they will not do anything about it and even if it WAS defective they would just replace it for another same cableI clearly asked them the day i bought it can i return this if i have any issues with it?" He said "yes" was the exact same guy i talked to that said no when i came back.I was disappointed and decided to look around their store and was shocked at how high all their other prices areSo overall not recommended

The young man that helped me was extremely kind and generous with his help. I am 73 years old and he didn't make me feel like I was uninformed or unknowable, which happens a lot with people my age. I will continue to shop at the store in the future! Again, thanks.

Fixed my iPhone for a 1/4 of the price that Apple was asking. Ahmed quickly ordered the part I needed, called me as soon as it was in, and the repair was done in an hour and a half while I walked around the mall. Great service and knowledgeable staff.
