I had the chance to get to try Roni's famous brunch as well as her catering service. And every time it just blew my mind. So many flavours, interesting combinations, such a creative menu. I love Mediterranean food, but Roni's is by far the best.I really want to try one of her cooking classes to learn how make this awesomeness myself.

I've had Roni's kitchen cater for a staff party before and enjoyed one of her nut milk and cheese workshops. Both times were excellent experiences. She was professional and quick to answer any questions plus the food was delicious. It's obvious that Roni has a passion for food.

We had Roni's Kitchen cater our yoga retreat recently for 10 individuals and we were so happy with the quality of the meals, the flavours, the serving sizes, andtand value too! Roni was able to navigate all of our allergies and even pulled off a Covid friendly solution for us! We were all thrilled with what she prepared and will definitely be ordering again!

Roni's Kitchen cookbook is definitely the most loved and most frequently used cookbook in our household - it offers so much inspiration for vegetarian cooking. It's unique in that it tells a story and you can really taste the rich experiences of Roni's journeys in the recipes. The love and the friendships behind the cooking really come out in Roni's recipes and her cooking - food for the body and soul!

Roni recently catered our 3 day wedding in Kananaskis for about 60 people. We had discovered her food during her wildly popular pop up breakfast weekends at Cafe Koi.Most of our guests were omnivores who lean heavy on a paleo type diet, and they all left RAVING about the food!! Roni is sweet and patient and has an amazing sense of flavour! Every step from our initial meeting (where we clearly had no idea what we were doing) to the last dish being packed, we felt supported and stuffed!I would recommend this amazing chef to anyone looking for a great caterer

Took Roni’s Thai vegan cooking class with my mom and her husband. It was an awesome experience and my mother appreciated how relaxed and casual the class was. Roni was very helpful in answering any questions my non-vegan mom has about vegan cooking. Even as a vegan I learned a bunch of new tips and tricks in the kitchen.The food was excellent and delicious. Looking forward to attending another class next time I’m in Calgary.

Roni's Kitchen cookbook is my go to for flavourful, plant-based dishes. Her recipes are crafted with ingredients that were new to me when I first started out with her cookbook, but are now staples in my kitchen. I feel confident using my new array of herbs and spices in her recipes and in my own creations after working through her cookbook (I basically put cardamom in anything I can now!). Some of my favorite recipes are - Hummus with Spiced Mushrooms, Biryani, Thai Green Curry, Golden Milk and allll of the eggplant recipes.

Roni was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding! She was extremely flexible when our numbers changed due to COVID, and she delivered our food to two separate locations. The food was amazing, and both our families really enjoyed it (especially the meat eaters)! To top it all off, she gifted us her cookbook as a wedding gift, which was so thoughtful. We highly recommend Roni for all your catering needs, and we will definitely use her for future events!

What an incredible woman running a thoughtful kitchen that is close to her heart. Her new cookbook is beautiful and her class was such a delight. Food was delicious, easy to follow along, and very affordable. Can't wait to take the persian cooking class. Highly recommend all thing in Roni's kitchen :)
