Dan and His team has been incredibly helpful time and time again. They are always willing to go the extra step when we need their assistance. Very thankful to have these guys around. Very unprofessional organization, I asked why my price increased 34% in 2021 and did not get an explanation of why. I also asked why my contract stated $60 per lift and it is now $144.46 per lift, an increase of 2.41 times the original amount. The company used a contract I signed in 2013 to hide behind and use it as a weapon stating that they can just raise it when they want and if I I don't challenge it within 30 days then I am okay" with it. I paid their overinflated price

My recycling gets missed constantly. I get excuses that it’s because of bad road conditions etc. My kids get picked up for school but it’s too dangerous for them to venture out. Ridiculous.

Big company, plenty of liability,: heavy equipment, weather, unsafe sites and so on for drivers to navigate....they are careful, courteous and work with their clients swiftly. Superb vendor. Bravo..and the office staff are awesome. Have been serving us at Parkside Motel flawlessly.

very nice folks to deal with. as with any business with that many employees, sometimes small details can be a problem. any issues we've had over the years has been resolved in a reasonably timely manner.the best part about their service for me has been friendly drivers with a sense of humor, friendly staff and an actual human being that answers the phone!we need more old school business like this!
