I have two children enrolled at BrighPath and we are so grateful to be at this centre.Staff – are friendly, give updates and have been easy to get to know. I appreciate that I have been able to have conversations and figure out things collaboratively together.Meal plans – excellent variety of items that hit all the food groups and it is on a 4-week rotation.Communication – emails are regularly sent with centre and classroom specific information and there is also a monthly newsletter. There are boards by classrooms too with details on what’s happening that month and information about each educator.App – documents each child’s daily routine (meals and how they ate, time spent sleeping, diaper changes as applicable), there are also pictures uploaded at least once a week, and there is a message centre to send and receive information.Curriculum - is detailed and play based with lots of different activities. Their website outlines this in detailMy oldest is starting Kindergarten this year and they organized a graduation ceremony over a few days, which allowed for smaller groups and being able have a couple guests attend too. I didn’t know what to expect and saw how much planning and organization was required to execute the celebration. They decorated the area with a beautiful balloon arc, gave us a framed picture of our child wearing a graduation cap and gown, presented individualized awards for each graduate and gave them a little trophy and star sunnies. There were refreshments and time to take pictures and speak with their educators. It was incredibly well done and felt really special.

We have been part of the BrightPath Kitchener family for almost a year now in the toddler 2 room and we could not be happier. Our daughter is excited to join her group each morning and absolutely loves her teachers. We also have our youngest just starting in the infant room and her teachers have been so caring and supportive with her transition to daycare. We especially appreciate the open communication with parents through the app with messaging, pictures of the kids during the day and access to the weekly activity schedule and menu. All of the teachers greet our kids by name and really make them feel welcome and comfortable. The director, Melanie, is always there for any questions, concerns or just a quick chat and also knows the kids by name. We would definitely recommend this location.

My partner, kids and I all love BrightPath and their loving ECEs. It feels like BrightPath just keeps getting better and better. My son is excited every morning and tell his teacher about his weekend, and we love getting photos and daily updates on his activities. They really make sure that kids engage every part of their minds and bodies. You can't help but feel guilty about leaving your kids with someone else, but it really feels like he's getting more social engagement at BrightPath then he would ever get at home. Did I mention the ECE's are angels?

My child began at BrightPath in the infant room and is now in the toddler room. He absolutely loves his time there and I've observed great care from all of his teachers. They were particularly kind and patient during the transition phase. He enjoys his snacks and lunches and the various activities done at the centre. I love reading his daily reports on the app and seeing the photos captured. We have recommended this centre to friends based on our experience. I look forward to continuing watch the growth and development of my child through the care at BrightPath.

I have been with the BrightPath franchise for about three years now (my daughter started day care in October 2020) and I have never been disappointed. We came to this center last year as we were moving to Kitchener and the experience has been very positive. The teachers are very friendly, open to feedback and questions and are very supportive to accommodate a request to help the children settle better into their care. Our experience communicating with the center director has also been very positive. She will always stop for a chat and be willing to address any concerns or questions. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for child care with reliable teachers and management. For sure a big thumbs up from us!

My Guy started at BrightPath just over a year ago.. on the first day I was so nervous, even had tears.. But my Son was So excited to meet his teachers and all his new friends!! No tears at all. That’s when I knew this was the most loving and caring facility.. You walk in and smell the days menu, and you don’t want to leave your child, you want to stay for snack and lunch lol.My Sons teachers Love him so much and they show him that on a daily basis! My favourite is the Hugs good bye to his teachers and friends. His Favourite thing is to hug the people he loves most!!!The teachers and All staff are all so patient and nurturing and so loving. I would recommend this daycare to anyone and everyone! You want the best for your child/children, Choose BrightPath. They will love your child/Children just as much as you do!!!

We have been sending our son to this daycare for almost a year now. We are really impressed by the quality of care and love that they provide. Every staff member is well trained, warm and welcoming. As parents we feel very comfortable that our son goes here. We would highly recommend this daycare. Their service is excellent.

My daughter started at BrightPath in the infant room at 12 months. She has just transitioned to the toddler room as she is now 18 months. She loves the center she is always a happy lady at pick up time. The staff are lovely and very informative and accommodating. The daily/weekly updates on the app are also great. We love seeing what she is up to in the week. The center did a great job with the transition, they started with visits to the toddler room so that when she switched over it was not a shock and the people in the room were familiar to her. This is her first week in the new toddler room and at drop off and pick up she is still a very happy lady.

Our son started at Bright Path when he was 15 months old. Being new parents we were very nervous to start day care but it has been a breeze. He has been there for 5 months now and loves going! Most mornings he wakes up and asks to go see ‘the babies’! The staff at the facility go out of their way to make him feel comfortable, and he clearly gets all the love and attention that he needs. Thank you so much for the effort you all put in each day!

BrightPath Kitchener is a great place for our child.Our little one has been there for 2 and a half years now, and we have nothing but good things to say.They have great educators and staff. They're always very welcoming and have shown lots of support to us every time.Their communication is great and we would choose BrightPath one hundred times more if we had to.
