Horrible experience with these ppl۔They are rude، unprofessional and agressive۔Calling them to get any level of service is a challenge۔ If they dont put you on hold for 45mins and then hang up on you، then you can leave a vm to a childs greeting۔ They may think that this is cute، its actually unprofessional۔This place is great for ppl that are new to Canada that cant speak english and need support in their own language۔ But for people that can communicate effectively، this will be a horrible experience that will be a time sink، with tonnes of frustration۔Do yourself a favor۔Stay away۔

To be honest, this is my go to pharmacy since 2019. The staff always take the time to listen to my concerns. Special thanks to Lubna that has always been helpful and has always gone above and beyond to help my family and I. If you need a family owned pharmacy that makes you feel welcome and takes the time to listen to your medical concerns this is your stop !!

This is the best Pharmacy I have ever been to. From start to finish everyone was so pleasant. I was able to walk in and get my booster shot and leave with a new pharmacy to trust my medication with. Despite it being rather busy as I over heard they do 4 different tests as well as the vaccination walk ins for both shots and the flu shot. The phones were constantly ringing they would finish with one and pick up another call imediatly as well as attending to the patients in the pharmacy. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she is the most caring and personable pharmacist I have ever met... Even when she is busy she takes the time to make you feel at home. The staff somehow always have a positive attitude and are constantly busy cleaning, sanitizing and meeting everyone's needs.

This is a very family friendly pharmacy. The Pharmacist takes her time to make sure you understand the medication she has given you. Since Covid I had a hard time dealibg with my depression and pains I was able to talk with Lubna and she sat and took the time with me and offered me services I could use. If your a patient here this is an amazing pharmacy

After I moved last December 21, I was looking for a friendly, and trustworthy pharmacy close to my new place. I found this pharmacy after much searching and praying. They are the friendliest, most competent, and very customer-oriented pharmacy around. They also administer all kinds of shots and vaccines and offer many other services. I got my first Shingrix vaccine this morning for about $50. cheaper than other drugstores. And no charge for giving me the shot ($20-$25 elsewhere). They are a small and independent business, with the emphasis on personal service. I HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy!

A friend referred me here as it is close to where I live. I booked a Covid rapid test online for the next day. They were very busy, line up outside, but gave fast, professional service. The lady who did the test was gentle and efficient. My results were ready in 15 minutes. It was expensive $75 but they said this is due to the kind of rapid test they did. I am happy that I found a pharmacy near me, could book the test online for the next day, get results fast, and the high level of overall good professional service. Thanks!

I went in to receive my booster shot, there was a long lineup and the staff was consistently running around making sure everyone's needs were met. They answered all my questions, took care of me in a timely manner and made sure I left the pharmacy completely satisfied. I strongly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for friendly and quality service, the staff were patient and kind with every customer with each of their individual needs.

This has been the pharmacy that i go to for many years. Went to get my pcr test a couple of weeks ago and it was pretty effortless and quick. Lubna, the pharmacy manager i believe, its extremely knowledgeable, very diligent and gives you one of the best customer service!She also has been making sure to research each prescription and makes sure everything is covered. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. Thank you very much promed pharmacy !

I was impressed with the level of service and professionalism, even when the staff had to deal with the phones ringing off the hook and people coming in for a vaccine without an appointment. For the period that I was there, about 5 min before the vaccine and 15 min after the vaccine, they turned away at least 6 people for trying to get a vaccine without an appointment. The pharmacists were very kind and patient. They were also very knowledgeable. The place is not very big, but don't let the size fool you - they will go above and beyond to help!
