TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Lineup of 7 people 30 minutes before they close and 2 of thr 3 tellers constantly stop to gossip. Love spending my friday waiting on people to simply do their jobs.

Recently I started looking into switching from BMO after I was denied any type of credit card, not even a $300 limit. I also had to wait for 3 weeks to be told by mail that I didn't qualify. I found this odd as I have 0 debt. Clearly they first paid attention to the unemployed" status rather then the "disabled" one. They have all the info infront of them that money is still coming in but can't do it. Embarrassing stuff.This branch of TD couldn't be farther from that. Instead of doing things over the counter I was assisted by Natalie in her office. She set me up with 2 new accounts

By far the worst bank ever. I felt like I was being judged as a criminal every time I walked in there. Most of the staff were confused and disoriented even when it came to cashing a simple government cheque. I sat and watched for about 20 minutes while nearly every customer walked out frustrated and annoyed. Absolutely ridiculous! How does a bank like this even exist on this planet!!!

I wanted to leave a review about my experience with TD, especially this location. Natalie.M was my assosiate and I am very thankful for her support and believe in what i was going in for. I am an indigenous entrpreneur and to find someone who stands behind you is extremly important. Thank you Natalie

Let's see if you guys can gain a few stars. Whe n you open a business account for someone don't screw it up.Now my crew and me will miss 4 hours of work so I can come in to rectify your mistakes.Yes you will be getting invoiced for 4 employees and my morning. It's would be wise to go over the contracts to make sure they are right in the first place. Correct me if I'm Wong.

Today, i had an appointment at 1:15 am with mr Roberto to transfer the resp account of my children to TD (a transfer that i requested in January 2021). Arrived at 1:10, i see him on the phone. 20 minutes later, he comes and tells me that the appointment was supposed at 1am (photo of the appointment attached to the commentary) and that it must be done quickly, he does not have time, he is too busy. He takes the time to verify my identity, asks me if I have the necessary documents, I answer yes, and finally he tells me that the resp account of my children is in my wife's name and that it is she who must come and offer me another one for May 21 (you give me an appointment while it is at my wife's name !! ??). No thanks, unless you learn the meaning of respect, and professionalism.

Today I had an appointment with Roberto Sada TD Murreyville branch he was outstanding service been provided he did all the work what I was expecting as well as give me great advice and awareness which I needed in my future his excellency service reach the excelling 7 start service well done Roberto and will continue having more appointment with you in near future thank you Sir

Made an appointment with Vanica, one of the financial advisors and had the worst customer service ever. After my appointment (Friday) she said she would email me Monday and update me on what we had discussed and I never heard any thing from her so I tried calling her multiple times on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and it would always go to voicemail. Even the main line goes to voicemail. After several phone calls and emails she finally got back to me. After our second appointment to finalize everything she still has not been answering any of my email. It was a frustrating experience and I definitely will be going to another bank from now on.

Worst bank ever! I'm a farmer that cashed a cheque last week. They put a hold on the cheque until next Tuesday. That's a total of 8 days. Our milk machine broke down and now we are hand milking 20 cows twice a day. That's a total of 8 hours of extra labour per day that I have to pay for. Nobody was of any help in the branch. They had no problem cashing 2 other cheques before with no holds. One was for 10000 and 15000. Horrible service.
