I called last night and spoke to Eddie, he gave me advice over the phone and when that didn’t work we booked an appointment for this morning. He reassured me over the phone that this was a simple fix and wouldn’t be a problem.He arrived early and was very pleasant. He was smiling and laughing and got the work done quickly. He charged me what I was quoted and his quote was $175 less then his competitor. He repaired my ignition and made my car drivable again and the work comes with a warranty. Amazing company, wonderful customer service. Would recommend to everyone.

They said they'd call me back in 10 minutes (at 11:00 pm) but didn't get back to me until midnight. I didn't appreciate the false time report. We ended up having to wait until morning and found someone who was 120ish$ cheaper. (they wanted to charge us 189.00 whereas are other company was only 65$.)

Pleased with my experience. Greg was very friendly and timely. He came in 30 mins and unlocked my car with ease. If I'm ever in Calgary again, I'll be giving him a shout -hopefully I won't need to though!

Lost my key to my car while it was in my garage strange i know but after 2 days I gave up looking. I was super worried id have to call a lock smith then tow truck and have to deal with the dealership but Luckey Lock took care of everything for me and reprogrammed the key to get me up and running on the spot. Mitsubishi was gonna charge 350 for the key and i would have had to pay for towing and locksmith but they covered it all for half the price. Super convenient as well since my husband is away for work and I have a 6 year old. Thanks so much for the quick service!!!!!!

I needed a new key fob for my 2011 GMC Sierra (it’s the first truck that you can’t just program yourself in their lineup). GM dealership quoted me $140 for the fob plus $160 for an hour of labour to program the FOB to the truck.I met Eddi at Home Depot near Chinook and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable in the programming of the FOB. It took him 2 minutes (I question that hour of labour I was quoted). It costed me $120 for the entire service.10/10 recommend Eddi the next time you need a key fob and the dealership wants to quote $300 for a far less amazing service.

Great experience, was able to take alternative payment methods from just cash or credit, and was willing to drive out of town an hour to open our vehicle after accidentally locking the keys in the car.

Eddie was very friendly and great to work with. He was knowledgeable on the phone and arrived within the hour to replace my car key fobs. I am very happy with the service he provided and would definitely call him again for future work.

Called up this company a few weeks ago and Eddie was sent over. I run a shop in Ogden and he's been over a few times already to make my customers car keys. He's always showed up in the same day I call and gives me good deals for being a repeat customer. He's a very knowledgable guy and let's me know exactly what he's doing to all my vehicles before starting. Will definitely continue to refer and use this company!
