I guess as the management are leaving reviews about their business so can staff. The amount of talking behind people's backs is unreal. I felt like I was in high school again. The manager doesn't give their staff support and will lie in meetings to get her way. 5 people let go on one month. You can really tell the general manager is only an LPN and has no manager training.

Our Residents do not live in our workplace, we work in their home. Come visit us and see for yourself how a culture of caring, creates a space for seniors to be respected with dignity, and choice.

The staff get back to you promptly and they provide great person centered care.

Our mother is a resident at CVCC and is very happy. We are also very happy with the care Mom is receiving. We find the staff mostly very caring. We have had no concerns with the management at Castleview. We would recommend this Care Center to anyone.

Chantelle management treated my father like he wasn't even a person. I wanted him released and they sent me around in circles for 3 months, ensuring they gouged my family for as much cash as possible before releasing him. And after they got us in debt they threatened to hold him hostage. Not using that exact word but by the canadian legal definition. Then after I got him out and made payments they started calling and threatening me and my dad saying they would force my dad back into care. I would strongly advise anyone considering placing a family member in their hands to reconsider. They are in my opinion crooked and they don't care about their wards.
