Refused service because i didnt speak french.

Many employees speak zero English, but are generally quite friendly,

I stop at this gas station all the time. In fact it's the one of the only gas stations I stop at. Everytime I feul up with the nitro gas so I can get more air miles. I never have my physical card and pay and redeem everytime with the app off my phone. The lady that works in the morning has no customer service experience and obviously hates her job. From not letting me hetvmt points one time and not letting me redeem my point another time because I don't have the physical card to getting mad at the gas machine beside the cash beeping while she is talking to a customer. I will from now on make a dtour to go to the other shell on alumetirere in the mornings to avoid this miserable lady. She is just rude and miserable we are 2016 applications are replacing physical cards. Get with the time!!!

Refused to sell me loteries even with sufficient ID at 1025pm but can sell booze to a client just before me. She was just just being discriminate cuz I'm English. Makes no sense and was furious that she was being petty and a horrible employee for no reason. I was pleasant and nice as i walked up but nothing but attitude in return. Never go there again. Also wont take Airmiles without card even though i have app.

I went there Saturday August 17 at 9:46PM. I drive a heavy vehicle for a living and had a few hours to go. There was no coffee. Usually employees are nice enough to make some. The lady refused to make coffee because she was closing in 2 hours. I believe that's very bad customer service from a lazy employee and hope something will be done about it. As long as a station is open there should be some coffee in it.

Gas prices always competitive, location a bit out of the way. Depanneur stocked with all the goods: beer, wine, bread... Friendly service.

Easy access, price of gas is often the lowest and super friendly staff.
