The people working here do not know what they're doing, Ive received tacos with nothing on them but lettuce. Do not go to this Taco Bell.

Advertises a double crunchwrap combo on delivery apps , labels it as sold out but obviously still has the ingredients as they are still selling regular crunch wraps. If the concern is an abundance of online orders requesting double ingredients for one menu item then maybe the branch should consider using the revenue from the abundant online orders they are concerned about to order a couple extra bags of beef and cheese. We check every week to see if it's still sold out" (which it has been since the offer launched) and just order from somewhere else."

Went through the drive through with my wife and 2 kids and we all ordered one meal each and pulled up to the window and waited around 10 minutes for our food and when we were give our order we were told not to order that much again and if we do to go inside and order as it was to much food to order from the drive through

i am extremely disappointed with the service here. the service is so unbelievably slow, as well as they had charged me double the amount for my order. when i received my food, the food was not made properly and was missing ingredients on the chilly cheese fries.

Great stop in Kingston a minute off the 401. Renovated seating area and clean bathrooms. Staff are great. Co location for Taco Bell and KFC. Can’t go wrong. (We usually do panera bread - around the corner - but with prices being what they are - it was nice to save some $ :)

As a Salesman, I travel all over Ontario and usually like Taco Bell on the road. This one is the absolute worst. None of the others are bad at all. In fact, they're all pretty good. This place doesn't put 1/2 of what is supposed to go in the taco's or Burrito's. AVOID it and drive to another. I would have given them a zero but you can't.
