Not happy of sharing a private room for karaoke with other people; the manager was rude when I said no , but he threatened me that if I didn't help he wouldn't let me back again. I ask for my money back he said, so myself and my party.left. please avoid this place .

Awesome time here!! Highly recommend going to the 14th location. David was amazing and accommodated us to the full extent , he deserves a raise !! he was so fabulous and made our experience so good.

You shouldn't change the customers' reserved room to a smaller room or to a public area by your own intention. And the bill you charged was not clear.

I booked a large room for the 12 of us for a stagette and we all had a great time. The sound system is awesome, service was quick and friendly, and the bottle service was all set when we got to the room. Note: If you don’t want them to hold onto your credit card (presumably as collateral) then you should settle the bill right away.

Had a great time singing! Great food and drinks as well. Waffle fries were awesome.Shout out to Emily for taking care of us!! Really appreciate the great service, we’ll definitely be coming back.

Can i give less than 1 star? I emailed to book a large room for a group of 15 ladies for a girls night out. Deborah responded to my email and confirmed my reservation.The staff were nice except Deborah.She was rude and disrespectful and even when we complained one of the guests was missing a food order, she still wanted our group to pay and she called us ridiculous. She is rude, racist, gave poor service and is really the worst thing about Bacchus. The food was tasty, the rest of the staff apologized and the music selection could use some update, but you have lost a customers and we will never visit this location again.

Love this place! The bartenders were beyond nice and helpful. It was my second time there and I will be absolutely recommending this place to my friends and family. Thank you so much for the experience. Definitely will be visiting sometime soon.

1) Servers were dishonest about our group being able to extend our time in the karaoke rooms. I had made a reservation and was told upon arriving at the establishment that if we were to extend our time, they would move us into a different smaller room for the second hour. We had agreed. However, on wanting to extend our time after the first hour, we were told there were no rooms available and we would not be given the extension.2) Vodka cocktail made someone in our group ill.

Why always making sudden changes to a reserved arrangement?Customer already booked a designated room and paid the corresponding money. So why you bother to consider how many people of their group coming? If less people, this shop would request the group to use a smaller room. Is it resonable? ridiculous!

When we booked a room, it was posted on the website that the cost was $70. After we finished the session, we were told it was $90 AND expected to pay an 18% gratuity despite the fact that none of us ordered any food or drinks.
