I went to Seb with what I thought was a unique and scary situation. He had me diagnosed and on a plan to recovery the first day I visited. After the my prescribed visits, and even a workout plan, I was back to normal. Can’t thank him enough!!! Five star all the way.

I have recently started going to Cafe of Life and it is incredible to see and feel what a difference it has made in my overall health! This was my first experience visiting a chiropractor and I am amazed! I decided to go to help alleviate some pressure and discomfort I was feeling in my lower back from when I injured it. Not only has the discomfort and pain diminished, but the stress and pressure I was feeling in my upper back has decreased significantly as well. They are a wonderful staff to work with and I would highly recommend Cafe of Life, you will be impressed!
