I spoke almost daily with AL Joher for a few weeks while we finalized every detail of my piece to my satisfaction, with communication of the process and updates with pictures every step of the way. The quality is exquisite and the production was very timely. I am overjoyed with the outcome and would highly recommend and use them again!

I’ve always wanted to design my own jewelry and this became a reality with Al Joher. I loved all of the details Charmeen shared with me, starting from stone selection and where each stone was from (Montana sapphire). I am incredibly happy with the final product. Charmeen helped me from beginning to end. She helped me pick out the exact emerald I wanted and showed me tons of options and always gave her honest opinion about any reservations or questions I might’ve had.She showed me different settings on how the gemstone could be set and followed my instructions exactly as I wanted.I got some intricate detailing as well as engraving done on my ring and they delivered!Absolutely in love with my ring. Great experience with Murtaza getting an engagement ring from Al Joher. He made the whole process easy and my requests were all met, despite the stone being hard to find (old euro cut). Also, by far the most reasonable price compared to other jewellers. I would highly recommend!

Al Joher made the ring for me on the occasion of my second child's birth. They verified the soundness of the design vision and developed a 3D rendering of it. Our communication was all virtual and delivery was delayed due to Covid but when I eventually received the ring, I could not be happier with its elegance and symbolism!
